Baldy Mountain Overlook is a beautifully furnished townhome with unparalleled views of the Ten Mile Range and enjoy luxurious amenities throughout. This property can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests who can enjoy the spacious main level complete with flat screen TV and gas fireplace in the living room as well as the chef’s kitchen. Your group can also take advantage of the rec room with the large wet bar and pool table on the upper level.

LOCATION – Located in a quiet residential neighborhood near the base of Baldy Mountain about 3 miles from the slopes. Here you will find the perfect spot to relax and unwind with endless activities right outside your door. With easy access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort and cross-country, hiking and biking trails right out the door, this is the perfect property any time of year. Take advantage of the short walk to the free town bus or be at the slopes in a matter of minutes.

AMENITIES – The main level is set in an open floor plan perfect for large group gatherings. The kitchen is just steps away from the living and dining room area where dinner can be prepared while the rest of your group relaxes to enjoy a fire in the fireplace or watch TV. There are plenty of activities in the home to entertain the whole family. Unwind on one of the two sofas in the upper level family room that has a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, pool table, and wet bar. You can soothe sore muscles from the day’s activities in the private hot tub while soaking up the crisp alpine air.

All Pinnacle properties come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, amenities kit-cotton balls, Q-tips, sewing kit), and detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry) as well as high-end bed linens and towels. Amazing stay!
We had a great time at this property. The house was very clean, and is actually better than the photos show. Lots of space and a fully stocked kitchen. Also had great communication with the host, and they were always available for any questions. Only downside was the host only provides initial supplies of laundry supplies, paper goods and trash bags (we literally only three trash bags). So for a house that big and that holds that many people, it would have been nice to have a full supply, especially with how much it costs each night. But overall, would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Family getaway!
We were 2 families with 9 adults and 2 kids. For most in the party, this was they're first time in Breck, and it couldn't have been a better experience! The home does not seem like a townhome at all! The house is even larger in person! My only issue is that during the night the A/C unit would turn up to 74F which was way too warm for us. I contacted the management company, but they say it's pre-set by owner. They said they would contact the owner, but I never got a call/text back. Unfortunately we couldn't open our window to the room due to the heavy snow blocking our window. So the last 2 nights, those that that were in the bunk beds slept in the living rooms. And the bottom queen bunks sagged a bit in the middle. Overall would rent again! We had 4' of amazing powder our weekend in Breck!
