The house was terrific, fabulous views . Comfortable and well equipped.
Great for a large family we were limited to 10 due to Covid rules but could have slept more and been comfortable. Well equips kitchen plenty of linen and set up ideal . Heated floors were a real bonus. Management company very receptive to our few requests. Nice hot tub . Thoroughly enjoyed the property.

Our happy place!
After our second visit to this beautiful home, it is hard to imagine ever vacationing anywhere else. The views are absolutely breathtaking and can be enjoyed from every room in the house. I am on outdoors person but when the windchill is 10 degrees, unless I’m skiing, I don’t want to be outside for long. With the beautiful, huge windows in this home, I don’t feel like I’m missing a moment of a beautiful day even if I am inside. If you can remove your eyes from the windows, you’ll fall in love again with this gorgeous home. My husband is a custom home builder who can find flaws in any home yet after two stays in this home, he’s only been able to find one spot in the drywall in a random unnoticeable corner that isn’t perfectly flat. The design of the home is both beautiful and so practical. The home is built with multiple families in mind. Cathedral ceilings and walls of gorgeous, tall windows encompass the upstairs great room. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook for one or multiple families. I am not even a cook yet find my favorite spot the kitchen because I can enjoy the views while the munchkins sit at the counter day and night. Upstairs also has a large laundry room with mud room for the all the things you come in with from being in the mountains, a large dining table and the master bedroom with beautiful views. Downstairs is a second living room with a comfy sectional, tv, fuse ball and plenty of games and puzzles along with more beautiful views of the mountains. There is a mini-fridge, microwave, cups, etc to use as a second mini-kitchen and a second washer/dryer. Downstairs is also where the majority of the sleeping is with two rooms with king beds, one room with two beds and two bunk rooms. Three families could easily share this home with the three “master bedrooms” and beds galore for kids. There are so many patios on this home with seating, tables and a hot tub! The garage is heated so you can store your skis and boots with them warm enough for skiing the next day. They have multiple sleds in the garage that we have used on sled mountain in town. We love the town of Breckenridge but have found ourselves not wanting to leave this house. We most recently visited during the pandemic and this home was perfect for a visit when we were not out and about as much as usual.
