LOCATION – Located in the Beaver Run Resort on Peak 9. The Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle is located just outside of the resort complex to give you easy access to Breckenridge and the surrounding area. For access to the slopes, the Beaver Run Super Chair and the Quicksilver Six Chair are both located at the base of Beaver Run (See Satellite Overview in Photos).

RESORT AMENITIES – Beaver Run has a tradition of providing the very best in comfort and relaxation to its guests. Guests have access to two indoor and two outdoor heated pools, eight hot tubs, a tennis court, children's play area, video arcade, mini golf, exercise room, sauna, spa services, retail stores, daycare, ski school, ski and snowboard shops, convenience store, full laundry and dry-cleaning services, two restaurants, a night club and lounge, in-room movies and a car rental service. When the snow has melted, enjoy summer activities that include the Alpine Super Slide, hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, paddleboats, a recreation center and more. To put it short, no one will get bored at Beaver Run!

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Parking – Available for $42/day in heated parking garage (payable to Beaver Run at check-in), maximum of 6 vehicles, based on availability
• No weddings, events or parties allowed. Property occupancy should never exceed the number stated on reservation.

• Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions.

Perfect Place for Large Family(ies) with Young Children

This was hands down the best family vacation we've taken to date. The kids were all unanimous in sharing that sentiment, and I don't think that would have been possible without the nice and spacious accommodations for our large family (4 kids - ages 10, 9, 6, and 4). The place was so spacious that we were able to invite my in-laws so that we could have an even number of adults and children. Everyone had their own room, the ski in/ski out was very easy to navigate and made things so enjoyable, and the parking garage was very nice to have which allowed us to rent cars and take trips to the grocery, Keystone, and Frisco and not have to worry about finding parking. The multiple ski lockers were so nice to have - and necessary for 7 skiers in our large group! I highly recommend this place if you have a large family; or plan to share this with multiple families. It's spacious and in the perfect location.

Twelve of us stayed here and really enjoyed the location, space, amenities, and ease of checking in/out. The entire stay had very good communication from the property management company making sure that we had everything we need before check-in, through checking in and getting settled, to check-out. The two biggest perks of this condo was the location to the slopes with ski lockers and each room had their own bathroom. We filled the place up with our crew and felt very comfortable. Some of the reviews that we had read previously is that much of the furniture was broken, but we did not experience that. Some of the furniture, like the couch is slightly worn, but very comfortable. The condo was clean and neatly decorated. If we come back to Breck with this size crew, we would definitely stay here again.

We brought our whole family, all 13 of us with 4 kids and the location for ski school was amazing. Just so you’re not caught off guard like I was, pictures make it look a lot bigger. Needs updating but like I said, location is where it’s at. We used atyourbreckencall for grocery and spirits delivery and our kitchen was stocked upon our arrival. We also used Mountain Tots to deliver cribs/strollers/high chairs. Owner was the best. Everything was there when we arrived. Several handyman needs but when I called, then sent someone over to fix right away. All in all a great vacation was had by all! Oh and the shuttle, the shuttle was on point.

A group of friends of my wife and I joined us to celebrate our marriage earlier this year. This condo was amazing for everyone. We felt like we were living out a celebrity’s life. The condo was clean with the right Colorado touches. And the bathrooms were amazing. Beautiful remodel. Everything was clean and the resort amenities were also amazing. I particularly loved calling a number to have wood delivered for the fireplace. The fire was always going and really added to the experience. Only slight drawback was smoke would billow back into the room. Chimney or flew may need cleaning/adjusting, but once we realized what was happening opening some windows fixed it. Plus, it would get so warm we needed to open some windows anyways. Overall a fantastic experience with the condo and resort.
