AMENITIES – With two bedrooms and a spacious living area, the newly built townhome features a contemporary design paired with dramatic views. The main level encompasses the main living, dining and kitchen where guests can enjoy the sophisticated ambiance while dining and relaxing together when a big day of the mountain is over. The gourmet kitchen includes top of the line stainless steel Viking Appliances and beautiful granite slab countertops. The lower level contains the master bedroom with private bath, guest room with Queen-size bed, plus bunk alcove for extra sleeping capacity. Take in a relaxing soak in the private hot tub.

All Pinnacle properties come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, amenities kit-cotton balls, Q-tips, sewing kit), and detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry) as well as high-end bed linens and towels. Christmas stay
Was a wonderful experience, great location and all comforts of home . Hot tub was very nice, heated garage . Overall great place and would highly recommend to anyone. We will stay again probably in the future.

Excellent home and perfect location
WE really enjoyed our stay at this location. We had just a short walk to main st and the Breckenridge Gondola. The house was super clean, very comfortable and the kitchen had high end appliances that made cooking our Thanksgiving meal fun. We can't wait to come back!

Amazing Spot in an Amazing Location!
Everything about our experience was fantastic. We loved the home and were incredibly thrilled to experience Breckenridge Main Street only a block away! I was also able to access many MTB trails within a few blocks of the home. The home itself was well equipped and had great amenities, and the neighbors all seemed wonderful as well; this is definitely a top notch community nestled on the north end of downtown. We will definitely be returning!

Beautiful place, Awesome location
This home is beautifully finished out and furnished. It is in an awesome location, walking to Main Street, the Breck Connect gondola, and easy access to the area path for biking, walking and running. The kitchen had beautiful appliances, was fully stocked, the hot tub was amazing, and we loved gathering in the open family room & kitchen with big views of the mountains right through the windows. Beds were very comfortable. There was a place for everyone and everything in this well designed vacation home.

We loved this place!
Everything about the property was great, and so much so, we talked about how much we would love a place just like it. Easy check in, had everything we needed and was just a couple minutes of walking into town. If we head back to Breckenridge, we would definitely stay here again.

Amzing escape in Breckenridge!
This is our first stay at Bees KNees Escape and it will not be our last. This townhome is a trifecta in that it is a great location to town, a great location to the slopes and the amenities are fabulous! It was wonderful being able to walk to the gondola and to the many wonderful shops and restaurants in town. In the past we have stayed higher up on Peak 8 and had to drive into town. Being closer to the action, yet still close to the slopes is a game changer. The townhouse was spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable. The rental was a perfect size for our family of eight and I especially appreciated the well-appointed kitchen. The kids loved the bunk area and everyone loved the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. Pinnacle Properties was excellent throughout the booking process and the house was well stocked with everything from shampoo to paper plates and napkins. The entire family had a great time and we are already planning out next trip to Breckenridge and Bees KNees Escape!

Great location with spectacular mountain views

We just purchased our Colorado Escape so that we can enjoy the beautiful Rocky Mountains with our three children, Kylie, Noah, and Sadie, from the charming town of Breckenridge. Our Escape is located walking distance to the gondola and downtown giving you easy access to mountain, shopping, and dining experiences. We have setup our Escape with the attention to detail you would expect so that you can feel comfortable when you are not on the slopes or adventuring in Summit County.
