LOCATION – This custom home is located in The Estates at Snowy Point near the base of Peak 8. It is located within walking distance (approximately 300 yards) to the 4 O’clock Ski Run - when conditions permit. The Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop is located approximately 5 blocks away on Ski Hill Rd, giving you easy ski slope access (See Satellite Overview in Photos).

Great family Christmas vacation

Great Spring Break Tip
We stayed here with three families for spring break. The house is just as advertised on amenities and location. The kitchen is well above average for a rental place as it had plenty of pots/pans/bowls for cooking for a group of 13. The only downside to this property is the driveway. It is significantly sloped and not heated. When we arrived it was covered in a sheet of ice so we had to unload from the top of the driveway. We had to park 2 of our vehicles in town as they were not 4 wheel drive. This is the chance you take if you bring a non-4 wheel drive vehicle to Colorado. I just wanted others to know that if you do not have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, and the weather is bad, the driveway will be an issue for you. We were able to park all vehicles on it after the weather warmed up and we spent a few hours shoveling the ice off the driveway. Manager Response Thank you for taking the time to review Cawha Chalet. We are glad that you had a great vacation and enjoyed the home. As you said, the driveway can be a little tricky during winter which is why we recommend all wheel drive or four wheel drive vehicles on our website for winter months. We hope to see you again soon!

Beautiful property close to the mountain
We recently stayed here for 5 nights with a couple families. The house itself is absolutely beautiful - better than the pictures. Technically it's ski-in/out - you walk about a block and there's access to the Snowflake lift (green). It's a bit of a hike down an embankment but definitely doable for anybody aged 3+. Amenities in the house are awesome - everybody has their own bathroom, bedrooms are big, toiletries/linens are nice. The only issues we had were with the driveway, which is very poorly plowed and thus was very icy and steep (no-go unless you had 4WD and/or snow tires), and the pre-arrival service from the property management company. They indicated that the property wouldn't have any high chairs etc for young children - and made us feel pretty terrible when we called to ask about it. The reality is that the house is setup for kids with two high chairs, a low kids-table and plenty of kids cups/plates etc. Also, the PM company could improve the language in their communications which makes you feel like a potential criminal, not a high-value client spending a lot of money to rent a nice house. That being said, whomever we contacted for an issue with the hot tub when we arrived was very helpful. We would recommend this property highly.

Great Memories !
This is a beautiful home in an awesome town. Our family had lots of room and a very enjoyable time ! The house fit all of our needs for a wonderful reunion ! Everyone had their own space, and there was plenty of room to be together for meals, games, and conversation!

Amazing
We arrived from England, a family of 7 including a 7 month old baby, to celebrate my husband's 60th Birthday. What an amazing 10 days. The Chalet was wonderful, plenty of space, warm and cosy even in the snow and such a wonderful view out of the big picture windows. We were sorry to leave and hope to return soon.
