LOCATION – Cedars offers one of the best slope side locations in Breckenridge and is within steps of the QuickSilver Lift. Families with children will be especially delighted that ski school is located so close. Not only is Cedars in the perfect location but it is ideally situated in the heart of Breckenridge. It sits within walking distance to Main Street to enjoy restaurants, shopping and nightlife. This unit is close to everything!

AMENITIES – The kitchen features all new appliances, cabinets and granite countertops that will make even a gourmet chef smile. The dining table is custom-made to match the cabinets and has plenty of seating for everyone. The living room area is equipped with a flat screen TV and sound bar for the full sound experience. Warm up by the fire while you catch a game or movie on the flat screen TV. After a big day of skiing, soak in the on-site outdoor hot tubs or take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed mid-April through mid-June and again early September through mid-November.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Parking – 2 car garage with 2 spaces – 2 parking spaces total
• AWD/4WD Vehicle highly recommended between November 1st & May 31st

Our family of 6 had a great stay here! A very short 3 minute walk to the lift and less than 10 minutes to Main Street. Only thing to note is the garage is on the smaller side, and will not fit a premium SUV, but we were able to use the spots next to the condo with the permit provided!

Location is TOP NOTCH! Steps from Quicksilver and very short walk into town! The condo itself is roomy with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, AND a two car garage that was a HUGE bonus. There is a nice woodsy aesthetic of handmade cabinets and tables throughout the condo. The kitchen is well appointed with the essentials, however the appliances are needing an update, the toaster toasts unevenly, the cooktop has eyes that do not work, and at least one humidifier was broken. However, there were humidifiers for most of the rooms, which were needed. The main bedroom bath is quite dark, a light over the shower would be helpful. Also, the main bathroom door sticks & squeaks awaking me when my partner has the 3am bladder call. The living room is a little cold and disjointed, it could be cozier with a large sectional sofa with cozy throws & pillows. With all of this said, we would stay again!

We had a great stay and the Cedars 2 was very nicely laid out for our group. All the finishes, beds and furniture were fantastic. Very short walk to Quicksilver lift for ski out/ski in. Garage was helpful for dropping ski equipment when going in and out. Look forward to coming back again!

Great place for a big family, we were there for Thanksgiving and it was big enough for all 8 of us. We loved the proximity to the lift we would definitely rent it again.

Our family enjoyed our stay. Location was very close to Main Street with all the shopping and restaurants. Very nice to have a two-car garage for our vehicles. Rental management company communications were excellent.
