LOCATION – While this home certainly boasts luxurious amenities, the location is one of the best in Breckenridge. World-class hiking and biking trails are right across the street. The free town bus shuttle stop nearby connects you to the shopping and dining of downtown Breckenridge within five minutes, and the ski resort in ten minutes. Paved sidewalks make the one-mile walk into town comfortable and scenic.

AMENITIES – This spacious home offers two master suites, open-concept living, kitchen, dining areas, and a large family room. The west facing deck provides views of Breckenridge Ski Area, the Ten Mile Range, and French Creek. The spacious floorplan and vaulted ceilings invite natural light into the space, and the layout offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out. After an adventure-filled day, the whole family will relish the change to enjoy a movie on the large flat-screen TV in the recreation room downstairs. Best VRBO Experience Yet
The house is beautiful. It’s actually nicer in person which is rare. Perfect location. Fully stocked kitchen. High end appliances, flooding, counters, etc. Communication with the property manager was great as well! We didn’t have a singe issue and will definitely be returning next time.

We hope to stay here again!
This property was everything we hoped for! My family and I planned this trip to have a relaxing vacation to celebrate my birthday during a pandemic. The check in process was simple, the house was impeccably clean, and the property manager was extremely responsive. We texted the office line when we realized one of the propane tanks to the fire pit was empty, and they hooked up a replacement tank within 20 minutes! The view is fantastic. We spent a lot of our time on the deck around the fire pit watching the sunset over the mountains. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. We hope to be back soon!

Everything about this property was awesome! Incredible location, incredible views, my family enjoyed it all around. If we come back to Breck we will be staying here again!

an absolute joy of a four day stay…perfect!
This property has the availability to house a family reunion or a small few. Although the house is plenty large it has the quality of feeling quaint and warm. It is very close to all amenities yet one feels remote, a tranquility aspect is very much present. Such a delight!
