LOCATION – Located in the Highlands neighborhood of Breckenridge, this is the perfect place to get away from it all while still being close to all that Breckenridge and Summit County have to offer. This property is approximately three miles from Main Street and the Gondola. The trail system is right out the back door for access to endless hiking and biking trails.

AMENITIES – This great home offers five bedrooms including two master suites: one located on the main level and one on the upper floor. Each has a large private bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. Two additional bedrooms have queen beds, and on the lower level another bedroom boasts two double beds. There is even a cozy, private nook with two twin beds that is great for the kids. Snuggle up in the living room next to the wood-burning fireplace. For even more entertainment space, head to the lower level family room to spend a warm night in watching TV on the flat screen TV. Everyone in the group with relish a dip in the hot tub after a busy day on the mountain.

All Pinnacle properties come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, amenities kit-cotton balls, Q-tips, sewing kit), and detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry) as well as high-end bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

Terrific home
The house was great and had everything we needed. It was close to the slopes and grocery. We had a fabulous time on our vacation. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!!!

Awesome location and spectacular views!
There was plenty of space and the amenities were great! Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The kids enjoyed the air hockey and Fooseball. Had some trouble with the oven. Could have used some instructions.

The pictures don’t do it justice!
This house was absolutely amazing! The views were right out of a magazine and the house was so spacious that everyone could easily have their own space or could gather in the large common areas. I HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Mountain fun
It was a great property, I am just used to staying right in town , and this is about 5 min from town We enjoyed the serenity and beautiful mountain views this house provided. We all had a great time .

Just Wow.
I think its rare to find a rental property that is actually better than you expected, but this was it. My family and their families all their own space, the kids loved the bunk room and the little play mats made for endless forts. The property was stocked with almost everything we could have wanted. We loved the details like the sound system, games, hot tub... everything was so great. Interaction with the property managers was prompt and informative during uncertain times. We loved the location, walking around the neighborhood was very pleasant, so close to both Breckenridge and to Frisco. I wish I had known the property was in a golf course community - the course looked awesome and would have loved to play. We honestly cannot wait to book another stay.

Could not be nicer. Everything our family needed for a perfect week. Only negative was the beds. Everyone commented that beds were worn and needed to be replaced. Everything else was top notch.

Perfect getaway
"The house was perfect for our getaway. We had three families and it was perfect for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The checkin and communication with property managers was very easy and they were very responsive. We stayed only three nights but felt like we were there much longer as all of us wound down and relaxed right away. Highly recommend this place. Wonderful location for a getaway.
We held an off-site retreat for our small business at this location and it worked out perfectly. The property was as-described, with comfortable furnishings, and a well-equipped kitchen. Two moose even welcomed us with an appearance on the property. The only thing I'd note is that the "nook" truly is just enclosed bunk beds built into a wall. We ended up changing our sleeping arrangements as a result as I don't think I fully grasp the smallness of the space from the photo. I also don't recall seeing a photo of the office area, which was really quite nice. All around, a great place that we hope to visit again!

Amazing property minutes from town
Our family of 9 from Florida thoroughly enjoyed this home. What a spectacular home. Everything was clean and in working order. Instructions were well written and easy to understand. Home was quite large and the layout was perfect. Hot Tub was fantastic. We were there for a week to enjoy the tail end of the Breckenridge season. We all had a blast. Will definitely return to this warm and spacious home.
