LOCATION – This home is set in a quiet and secluded residential neighborhood yet close to all of the area’s activities. Whether you’re plan is to ski, shop, or hike, this property is only 8 blocks from Main St. Breckenridge and only 200 feet from the free shuttle stop located on Wellington Road.

AMENITIES – The main level is set in an open floor plan accented by gorgeous wood floors and amazing views from the large expansive windows. The gourmet kitchen is just steps away from the living and dining room area where meals can be prepared while the rest of your group relaxes to enjoy a fire in the gas fireplace or watch something on the large flat screen TV. There are plenty of activities in the home to entertain the whole family. There is a flat screen TV located in the lower family room as well as a small billiards table and shuffleboard perfect for everyone in the group. You can soak your sore muscles in the private hot tub while you take in all of the breathtaking views of the mountains.

All Pinnacle properties come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, amenities kit-cotton balls, Q-tips, sewing kit), and detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry) as well as high-end bed linens and towels. Wonderful Home
We enjoyed this property, it was as as listed and in a nice quiet location. The property management company was very helpful with check in information and also communication throughout our stay. Manager Response The home is in a great location, it is quiet and has beautiful views to help guests enjoy their mountain vacation! Beautiful Ski Home- Great Experience
Our group of 13 (6 adults, 7 kids under the age of 9) had a great time and enjoyed our stay at Grand Campion. Downstairs game room was wonderful for the kids and allowed the adults to be upstairs holding a conversation over a glass of wine. Location was a short drive to and from the ski hill, as well as a short walk to the bus stop. We used both options and both were great. All amenities at the home were in tip top shape. Minor issue on a bathroom door and fireplace when we first arrived and property management had someone out that afternoon to fix it. Great service. Overall, beautiful home, updated, clean, convenient location to ski hill/carter park/downtown. No complaints and would recommend this home to others. Only reason we aren't staying here again is because we are trying a larger home also managed by the same company. I must add, working with the folks at VisitBreck is always a wonderful experience. All of my interactions over the years have been with Candace. Outstanding job Candace. You play a big part in why we continue to come back year after year and rent from your company. My only negative.... It would be great if more bedrooms had king size beds in them so adults have a bit more space at night after a long day on the ski hill.

Premiere Luxurious Mountain Home
We had the best weekend staying at this house. The views of the mountain peaks and valley below are incredible. The house was gigantic and in immaculate condition. It was also very well decorated and furnished. The mattresses on the beds were very comfortable. The house has all the amenities including plush linens, a hot tub, pool table, air hockey, large screen TV, and WiFi. This house is very conveniently located near downtown Breck but also, the property has plenty of privacy being on a quiet cul-de-sac. It was perfect for our kids too as they could bike around and play in the yard (tree fort too.) There are also several great mountain biking and hiking trails nearby. We can't wait to go back during the ski season. We left feeling so refreshed and rejuvenated from great sleep, fresh mountain air, and the relaxed setting. It really is the perfect getaway for a family vacation anytime of the year or even just a weekend getaway. I highly recommend this house. Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
