LOCATION – This spacious four-bedroom townhome backs up to Cucumber Gulch Preserve and the Breckenridge Nordic Center with a Nordic ski trail right out the back door! Hop on the free shuttle that is only two blocks away to get to the slopes or downtown for great restaurants, charming shops and fun nightlife.

AMENITIES – There are four bedrooms including two master suites each with their own private baths and gas fireplaces that offer the perfect retreat at the end of a busy day on the mountain. The open floor plan of the living, dining and kitchen area on the main level bring comfort and a fantastic gathering space for everyone to unwind for meals, conversation or to enjoy a movie night together on the brand new 60" flat screen LCD television. The deck that overlooks the Cucumber Gulch Preserve and the Nordic trails offers an additional living space to grill out or to enjoy the brand new eight-person hot tub with LED lights while taking in the incredible alpine surroundings.

All Pinnacle properties come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, amenities kit-cotton balls, Q-tips, sewing kit), and detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry) as well as high-end bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

1st Trip to Breckenridge
Great stay in a wonderful home. So close to peak 8 my son and I actually walked it. Home is wonderfully appointed. Had hard times with the T-stat ...wish I would have know the upstairs mattress frame was heated. I would definitely stay here again

All around perfection
Thank you for a wonderful experience. COVID has put such a damper on vacations lately and it was nice to have a piece of normalcy for the kids. The location was perfect for us. The shuttle was a short walk and very convenient. The residence was furnished with anything and everything we could have asked for. We loved the preserve and took full advantage exploring with the the children when we weren’t skiing. Thank you for adding to a lifetime of memories. Until next year....

Great Escape
Great way to get away from everything for awhile. Plenty of space and comfortable setting for feeling like you are alone on the mountain, but easy access to Main Street Breckenridge and all the things Breck has to offer. Managed by Pinnacle, who did an awesome job start to finish.

Ideal location and luxe accommodations
This was the perfect spot for our ski trip - super convenient to Peak 8 as well as the Nordic Center. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, and we had plenty of space for two families of four. The puzzles were a big hit and the large dining room table served as a great space for eating and games. The management company was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We only had a one issue while staying - there was a significant snow storm the morning we arrived and the driveway and neighborhood had yet to be plowed. The snow shovels (and some kindly neighbors) helped get our vehicle to the house to unload. The driveway did get plowed before the end of the day - so all was well. If you travel here in the winter, a 4X4 vehicle is good to have. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Mostly great, but some shortfalls
Overall, our family (7 adults, 2 children) enjoyed our stay at this property. The two major issues I had are the location of the hot tub and the locked master bedroom closet. The hot tub can only be accessed from the downstairs master bedroom, which meant wet bodies going in/out of the bedroom (which happened to be where the baby was intended to sleep). It was not ideal for a baby to be put to sleep in a room where adults would be opening the sliding door to the cold outside and running in and out of the room. It was also incredibly irritating to spend over $5k to stay in a house where the guests in the primary master bedroom had no access to a closet. This meant having nowhere to hang clothes (including abundant bulky cold-weather attire) or store shoes/boots/suitcases other than on the bedroom floor because the owners lock the closet for personal use. 4 hooks on a wall and small 6-drawer dresser do not make-up for locking a bedroom walk-in closet at a luxury property. Having stayed in a White Wolf property the year prior and knowing the size of the walk-in closet in the master bedroom, this was an expectation we had in booking this property. The owners have MULTIPLE locked closets and storage spaces throughout the entire house. Each advertised bedroom should have a closet, as I assume most people looking for luxury rental properties with ski access would expect this as well. Pros: Aesthetics of this property are stunning - very well decorated and updated throughout Prompt snow removal (40+ inches of snow during our week stay) Great location - easy to access mountain lifts Large beds in all bedrooms Surplus supply of towels, blankets, pillows Multiple fireplaces Check in/out easy with keypad access Kitchen well-stocked but would recommend a larger crock pot, new cheese grater (still rusted as stated in a previous review), new can opener, measuring teaspoons, liquid measuring cup Cons: Locked master closet Jeep in garage, so garage is useless Hot tub access only through master bedroom Overall temperature inside is off - some rooms uncomfortably warm, while others are chilly Toiletries/detergents advertised as supplied, but not informed that you are only given initial supply that lasts about 1 day for a group our size Advertised seating for 8 at dining table, but only 6 seats Overall, if the owner would unlock the master closet and move the hot tub to the upstairs balcony, I would stay at this property again.

Amazing location! Amazing space!
What a perfect place for a ski weekend in Breck! Very easy to get to peak 7 and peak 8 on the black shuttle. Beautiful home with great kitchen and open space for hanging out; we had a lot of fun listening to music and chatting with family in the living room/kitchen. The bedrooms are all great. My wife and I loved the master; very comfortable bed. Our family said the other rooms were comfortable, too, and all the rooms were nicely decorated. Humidifiers were great. They had all the key kitchen tools (except for juicer if you’re making cocktails with fresh lime!) and lots of towels, blankets, etc. that made it feel like home. We would stay again!
