AMENITIES – With three bedrooms and spacious main level living, kitchen and dining spaces, the newly built townhome features a mountain traditional design paired with alpine vistas and outstanding amenities. The main level encompasses the main living, dining and kitchen where guests can enjoy the sophisticated ambiance while dining and relaxing together when a big day of the mountain is over. All Pinnacle properties come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, amenities kit-cotton balls, Q-tips, sewing kit), and detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry) as well as high-end bed linens and towels. Wonderful stay! Just a few comments to help future guests: there is no washing machine detergent provided. We had to run out and buy our own. No big deal, but other places we have stayed provided pods. The washing machine and dryer need some cleaning attention.

The place is great for the entire family. One thing not explained is the master shower is also a wet sauna and after a cold day on the slopes it was an awesome way to warm up.

Mountain Vacation
Beautiful property. Wonderful amenities and upgrades. Everything is well maintained. Convenient location close enough to Breckenridge and Frisco but still feels secluded. Easy to take a day trip to Denver, Vail, or Colorado Springs. Backyard looks like a winter wonderland when it snows.

Great Family Home Along River
The property was better than expected. Newer with great furnishings and a fantastic location just north of downtown Breck, nestled along the river. We got to see the local neighborhood fox each evening run across the back yard and the home is just across the street from fantastic Mountain Bike trails off of Tiger Rd. We will definitely stay here in again when back in Breck. Thank you!

Wonderful house! Management very responsive and easy to work with. Cozy mountain house with plenty of space for our family with 2 kids and in laws. Huge kitchen, fully equipped to prepare meals. Large dining table. Great living room with wonderful fireplace and large tv. Kids loved the bunk beds. Beautifully furnished and very clean. Awesome hot tub and fire pit. Great location.
