Family Time
Property fit our needs well. Bedrooms and bath for each of our 3 couples. Easy access to downtown. Clean and comfortable. With downtown closed to accommodate pedestrian traffic during Covid 19, the extra traffic routed along Highway 9 made for extra road noise that was bit of nuisance.

Great Place
We stayed here for a weekend away. Did not have any real plans but had a great time. Very close to shopping and eating places and trails. We enjoyed the gnome trail and the park with the trains that was within walking distance. Suggest better instruction in the binder of where to drop off keys and the deck was really dirty and the condo was mostly cleaned but there were a few dead beetles like it had not been used in a while. It took some figuring out to get the volume on the living room TV to work also. But those all are pretty minor we really enjoyed our stay otherwise.

Best Time in Breck!
Thank you for a wonderful home for our Breckenridge vacation. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the location was perfect. We walked to the slopes every day and had wonderful memories. Plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out as well as gather together to play games and watch TV. This is a great property in a perfect location! Towels are high quality (not always seen in rentals) and kitchen appliances, utensils and other cooking needs were all available. This is a great condo!

Fabulous location
This condo was great for our two families (4 adults, 5 kids). Right off of Main St is the perfect location - we were able to walk everywhere. Easy access to the highway to neighboring towns as well. Each bedroom has an attached bath, and the bunk room has 3 separate beds. There is a large pool and several hot tubs a few blocks down the street, and one smaller hot tub across the parking lot from the unit. Only downsides are the small balcony with a lot of traffic noise because it faces Main St (a trade-off for being so close to the action), the fact that you have to walk a couple of blocks to the pool/hot tubs, and the condo could use some throws/blankets for the living areas & hangers in the bedroom closets. Would also suggest being able to leave key cards in the unit rather than having to drive back to Frisco to return. Overall it was a great place and we would definitely stay again.

Decent place with good location

Great place with easy access to slopes and town
Nice place that comfortably fit two families of nine total people. Place had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Pictures were very accurate and correctly give you an image of what to expect. There is a garage that can fit a car or SUV and you can also park in front of the garage, so two cars will work. That was a little unclear when we were arriving. It's about a 5 minute walk to the slopes that was about as good as you can get without ski in ski out. Easy walk to Main Street for night time dining and shopping. Would definitely recommend this place if you are targeting the slopes. Quick Silver lift is the closest and it opens at 8:30. If you arrive at the lift at 8:30 you will basically ski right on. It gets a little crazy between 9 and 10:30 so do your self a favor and get there early. Pinnacle staff had everything ready for us and checkin/checkout was simple. Place was clean and well stocked with linens. Would definitely recommend this place or another Pinnacle property based on my experience.

Great stay
This property is big, convenient and well positioned in Breck. Walking distance to Breckenridge brewery, the main street and other popular attractions - if the weather cooperates that is. Should the weather be too cold or snowy for a walk-about, complimentary shuttle service was pretty good about picking us up and dropping us off at various places with no more than about 7-min wait time. Sure, there are free shuttle systems in Breck, but I must say it wasn't that easy to figure the system out online nor did I want to waste precious time studying it. The garage for this condo is not attached, FYI. It accomodates 1 car, it is heated which is nice for all the ski/board gear storage. The condo is to the left of the garage and on the 2nd floor. It is spacious and pretty well appointed with good furniture - I thought that it looked nicer in person than in the photos. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, and utensils to cook and dine. The 3 rooms were spacious and 3 bathrooms were clean and functional. We were 4 adults and 2 kids so we almost felt like the condo was almost too much space for us. I think this unit could accomodate 8 or more people, considering the couch in the livingroom is a pull out bed. Each room had a TV - we didn't watch much TV but it might be important for some. The entertainment set up in the livingroom was nice. There is DVD/Blue ray player, as well as a wii system but there weren't many movies or games for these machines - bring your own for evening entertainment. I also wish the condo had some board games or something but there was none. There are 2 small hot tubs in the condo complex, just a short steps away from the condo but if one wants to use the swimming pool or access more hot tubs, one must go to Main Street Station - Google told me it was about 3 min walk but unfortunately, it was too cold during our visit so we didn't go. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend.

Great stay!
Overall stay was wonderful. The place was a lot bigger than I had anticipated. There were six of us and it was more than enough room. Each of the bedrooms had their respective bathroom (full bath). I appreciate the little details that were included in each of the bathrooms (shampoo/conditioner/lotion/blow dryer/extra towels/etc.). When we initially got to the place, it took a little while for the rooms to heat up once the heater was turned on. The fireplace warmed up the living room quickly and is a definite must during the winter months. The hot tub was also a hit, especially after a long day on the slopes. The staff was very helpful and had suggested a couple of nice restaurants to visit; however, I wish they would have mentioned the (Quicksilver) ski lift that was closest to our lodging in the beginning. That may have saved us some time from waiting for the shuttle to get to the main Ski lodge/gondola. The speaker system in the living room was also not working, so sound came solely from the TV. Other than that, it was a very cozy spot and I would highly recommend it!
