Great stay
This property amazed us as soon as we arrived. Plenty of space for everybody and provided everything you needed to cook family meals. Parking was tight, especially for a property that holds 20 people, but we made it work. We would stay here again

The cabin was wonderful! Fit our family perfectly, the ping pong table was a hit with the kids and the hot tub was wonderful for the adults. Would highly recommend for vacation!

It is a beautiful property. The wood, construction the spaciousness, the great hot tub....all were excellent. Sitting on the deck with the starry sky was memorable.

Large property accurately described. Sparse furniture but comfortable. Kitchen was loaded with everything we needed. Driveway was a challenge but not unbearable, definitely need 4WD. Bit of a ride to town but very scenic location. Great property for a large group.

Beautiful property!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is huge and very well equipped. Do not take lightly the need for a four-wheel-drive vehicle if there’s any chance of snow. The driveway was a sheet of ice the entire time we were there. We had to be towed out because we did not have four-wheel-drive.

Awesome views, very clean and great for large groups. Location is a ways up from the town, but short walk to the bus stop isn’t a problem and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Overall, highly recommend !

The location of this house is great. The house itself is not as good as it looks in the pictures. The kitchen is smaller and the dishwasher is next to the small sink, so inconvenient. The house is somewhat dark as the lighting is not great. Several lightbulbs were out also. Lots of stairs so not a great house for young kids. The BIGGEST issue is the back deck. The deck is elevated over a canyon and trees which makes for wonderful views. However the railing that protects someone from falling over is very loose and is leaning outward about 10-15 degrees. There are even signs on the railing saying "do not lean on the railing". Do the owners think this will protect them from liability if someone falls over??? I think this needs to be addressed and fixed before anyone else rents this house.

We have been able to get a builder to provide new plans for the deck and hope to have it completed this fall. Beyond that, we love that you were able to take in some of the best views in Breckenridge.
