This fully remodeled three-bedroom home plus loft is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood on Baldy Mountain. You will love the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space with two decks perfect for taking in the magnificent scenery.

LOCATION: A “piste" is a packed snow run, and this home is named for the adventures that are out of bounds and off trail. Take advantage of the nearby trails in the adjacent National Forest by snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, or hiking. If groomed runs are more your style, then you’re only 4 miles from the ski area and Main Street Breckenridge.

AMENITIES: You’ll feel right at home as soon as you enter into the kitchen where a wine cooler, granite and quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances offer guests the perfect environment to whip up top-notch dinners after a day on the slopes. The island seats 4 and the nearby dining area seats 4 while the adjacent living room with its gas fireplace and cozy sofa is ideal for a nightcap and conversation. Off the main level is a deck with seating to enjoy the fresh mountain air and possibly see wildlife. The upstairs master bedroom boasts an amazing built in library and private deck.
