This light, bright spacious home is perfect for groups and families with its open living space that is perfect for entertaining. Guests will also love this Breckenridge vacation home for its proximity to both Main Street Breckenridge and the ski resort’s epic skiing. The nearby Burro Trail is great for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and, when the snow melts, hiking.

LOCATION – This home is located in the coveted ski-in / ski-out Warrior’s Mark neighborhood near Peak 9 & 10. Advanced skiers are able to access the ski resort via the Burro Trail (located just one block from the home, conditions permitting). When accessing these trails you are outside of the ski resort boundary for a short time - these areas are not maintained or patrolled and should only be skied at your own risk. The trail is also great for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking. Main Street Breckenridge is less than two miles away where guests can enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife and all that Breckenridge has to offer.

AMENITIES – The open living, kitchen, and dining areas on the main level are an excellent place for your crew to gather for socializing and mealtime. The sunny deck invites you to relax, reconnect, and revel in the pine-scented air. The gas fireplace will warm you up in the winter, and the private hot tub will soothe sore muscles from all of the day’s alpine activities.

All Pinnacle properties come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, amenities kit-cotton balls, Q-tips, sewing kit), and detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry) as well as high-end bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

4th of July Menories to Last Forever!
Everything was clean and as expected with plenty of room for our large 2-family gathering! Very comfy beds/pillows & we appreciated the box fans in each room.

Amazing Stay
First, let me start with the management company who was very responsive to all my questions not only before, but during and after my stay! The home was fully stocked with everything we needed, including all kitchen gadgets needed to make dinner. When we arrived, the home itself was spotless and well taken care of, and the location is fantastic with the shuttle stop to town right at the end of the street! To top off a great location, the hot tub was the perfect amenity to enjoy after a long day on the slopes!

Xmas Family Ski Trip 2019
Everyone loved the house, great kitchen, lots of room for our group of 12 on main floor open living space, hot tub was nice Gas fireplace took off the chill, we had some very cold temps up high on the mountain 8 adults and 4 grandkids, boys 11+ and 8+ slept on the pull out couch, a bit cold by the sliding door, but owner supplied extra comforters, a couple of rooms had some heat issues Seemed like a furnace maintenance issue, but the hot-tub stayed nice and warm, Overall everyone was happy with our choice to rent Peak 10 Escape! HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!
