DESCRIPTION: Get away from it all at this family-friendly Breckenridge Colorado escape located in a beautiful woodland setting, close proximity to town and world-class ski slopes. This three-level townhome is located in Warriors Mark, a neighborhood that sits adjacent to national forest land, one mile south of downtown Breckenridge. Come winter, you can hop on the shuttle for a thrilling day of downhill skiing, snowboarding, backcountry snowshoeing, or cross-country skiing. Spend the sparkling summer months hiking right outside your door or practicing your skills at mountain biking, fishing, and river rafting.

LOCATION: Located in the Warrior’s Mark area on the south end of Breckenridge, Pinemark townhomes are on the free shuttle bus route, so access to skiing either Peak 8 or 9 is just a short ride away. Whether you are walking to the lifts or taking a stroll, there is a walking path to connect you to both the base of Peak 9 for skiing and hiking or to the heart of downtown for dining, shopping and nightlife. You'll be less than 100 yards from the free shuttle bus to the slopes one mile away, down the street from the Blue River and a neighborhood greenspace, and in the midst of a network of scenic trails that connect to forest land.

Excellent place and high touch communication
We have a lovely stay in this condo during our trip to Breckenridge. They had to change our specific condo last minute to another one that was similar, but they were very accommodating. Apparently the original one was no longer available (we booked five months in advance). Since we stayed in July, we were concerned that it might be too hot to stay without air conditioning, but it cooled right down during the evening times. The place was very well maintained and felt like a hotel with the amenities. The only down side was that we received a call in the middle of the night saying we were too loud, but it wasn't us (we were all sleeping). They apologized, so it was fine. Overall, it was a great experience.
