This newly constructed three-bedroom home with bonus bunk nooks is one you can’t miss! Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood on Peak 7 offering dramatic views of the peaks of Breckenridge, this mountain modern home is perfect for family gatherings or group stays. Guests will love the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space with wrap around deck perfect for taking in the magnificent scenery.

LOCATION Your home-away-from-home is located approximately four miles from town as well as the base of Peak 8. This property is also close to the Breckenridge Golf Club and gives easy access to all that Summit County has to offer!

AMENITIES: Let's start with the kitchen where granite countertops and stainless steel appliances offer guests the perfect environment to whip up top-notch dinners after a day on the slopes. The island seats 6 and the nearby dining area seats 8 while the adjacent great room with its roaring fireplace and spacious sofas is ideal for a nightcap and conversation. The separate downstairs living room area boasts a large flat screen TV, a DVD player. Rounding out this dream mountain home is a an elevated wrap-around deck with fireplace and gas grill.

All Pinnacle properties come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, amenities kit-cotton balls, Q-tips, sewing kit), and detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry) as well as high-end bed linens and towels. Awesome
Everything was great. Clean and beautiful home. Just as the pictures portrayed. There were more than enough kitchen ware, towels and space for 12 people. It made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. I’ve already recommended the place to family and friends. Fall 2019 Stay
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The property is as advertised and nestled on the side of the peaks, offers great views. Our guess is that the property is only a year old, so everything is in new condition and has modern finishes. We hope to visit again.

JUST WOW!!!
This is an absolutely stunning property in every sense of the word. The home has been beautifully built and lots of attention to all the details. Shadow Summit House Review
Hi! We thorough enjoyed the Shadows Summit House. In particular, the lovely large kitchen (the island is perfect for social gatherings), living room, and bedrooms. Note to the owner, great choice on the mattresses, they are very comfortable for a rental home! Individual bathrooms for each bedroom was a nice perk for our guests.
