LOCATION – Located in the Warrior’s Mark area on the south end of Breckenridge, Snodallion condos are close to everything you are coming to Breckenridge to do. Whether you are walking to the lifts or taking a stroll, there is a walking path to connect you to both the base of Peak 9 for skiing and hiking or to the heart of downtown for dining, shopping and nightlife.

AMENITIES – This spacious two bedroom condo features one level living with a king bedroom, a bunk bedroom, each with their own bath and additional sleeping space in the living room on the sleeper sofa. The open layout makes it easy for everyone to gather for a meal or to relax in the living area to unwind while watching a movie or snuggling up for a warm fire in the fireplace. After an invigorating day of skiing, you can have a lap in the pool or warm up at the hot tub at the nearby Columbine Recreation Center that provides an outdoor heated pool, 4 outdoor hot tubs & 2 indoor hot tubs.
All Pinnacle properties come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, amenities kit-cotton balls, Q-tips, sewing kit), and detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry) as well as high-end bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

Would recommend this property
Everything was as expected except the washer and dryer being very old and located outside the unit. Ended up not risking our close and not using Landry room.

Awesome location
Great condo! Able to walk to peak 9 lifts, ski school, restaurants and downtown with 2 small kids. The fireplace is awesome. Love the decor. The linens need some cleaning as the comforter on master was soiled on the underneath and some of the throw blankets. Hot water didn’t last long with multiple more than one shower at a time. To be fair, we didn’t notify anyone during our stay as we were out and about having fun and enjoying our vacation. Any interaction we had with the rental staff was Always pleasant so I’m sure it would had been addressed. Highly recommend this condo!

Mountain Thanksgiving
Our family bucked tradition and met in Breckenridge for Thanksgiving. This unit far exceeded our expectations for quality of the property and proximity to everything we wanted to do. Our adult kids enjoyed sharing a bunk bed room and putting together a puzzle while it was 12 degrees with 30 MPH winds. We all enjoyed the short walk across the bridge to the Quicksilver lift on the two "spring-type" perfect ski days we had. We all agree the old tradition of dry turkey and awkward relatives might be the Thanksgiving of the past. I highly recommend this property.

Such a wonderful stay, we would definitely be back to this location.
We loved everything about our stay. The property is so nice and in a perfect location. We came during the summer so didn't need ski access, but the placement near town is perfect. We would recommend this condo to anyone coming to Breckenridge.

Great stay.
I don't normally give reviews but we had a great experience. The place is large, well decorated and in a great location. We had the water heater go out while we were there. I sent a text to the property manager after hours one evening. They contacted me by 9am the next morning and by 2pm the water heater was completely replaced.

great place for families
We had an amazing stay at Warrior's Mark. Our favorite parts were the well stocked kitchenware, pool/hot tubs, and close access to main street and several hikes. The set-up was perfect! Only critique is it would be awesome to have laundry on site. We would definitely utilize this place again! Manager Response We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay! Fantastic place for a family to rent.
We really enjoyed our stay. This place is about 150 yards from the Quicksilver lift. Ideal for family skiing and walking around the town. Safe, underground parking, clean and up to date.

Loved the location!
The location was perfect! Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. All beds were extremely comfortable. Fit 7 perfectly. Bathrooms were tight but served their purpose. We were disappointed with the 1 parking space since we had 2 cars. One car had to be parked across town. Very inconvenient. We also would have preferred a washer and dryer in the unit. Manager Response Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay with us! We are glad to hear you enjoyed the location, and the beds were comfortable. We will pass along your feedback about adding a washer / dryer in the unit to the homeowner. Unfortunately, the HOA there only allows one parking spot per unit. Parking at apartments and townhomes can be difficult as most only allow one parking spot. We hope to see you again soon!

Perfect for a family Christmas Vacation!
It was clean, spacious and the location was just right. It had everything we needed including a pack n play for our two year old. The Ski lift was just a short walk away and so was the pool/hot tub

A Perfect Breck Retreat
This 2BR/2BA condo is like being at home. All the comforts of home were available and made our stay so comfortable, ranging from coffee maker, fireplace, shower toiletries, blow dryer, small humidifier, plenty of towels, hangers, cable tv, Netflix and comfy balcony. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. The shower pressure was great with no standing water in the shower (one of my pet peeves). We especially loved the dual shower head in the master bath - we may have to get one at home too! The location was perfect. We could walk to the downtown area within 5 minutes. It was nice to walk to dinner, have a drink and not have to worry about drinking & driving. The restaurant recommendations were spot-on! Thank you for the personal touches in making us feel comfortable in Breckenridge. We will definitely stay here again and will absolutely recommend this condo to our friends.

Great location and clean/neat condo
My family of 5 enjoyed our stay at the Snodallion condo. We had room to sleep and shower, which is all we really used it for. The only issue I had was the condo was directly on top of the garage and every morning on the dot someone was leaving at 5:45am. It was audible in the bedrooms. We would stay there again though!

Great location!
Great to be able to walk downtown. Had family stay one night, sofa bed very uncomfortable. Washer machine broke, so had to find laundromat... overall, would highly recommend

Everything was good
Very nice and tastefully decorated condo, with perfect proximity to the hill. Easy acsess to the hot tub was also really nice after s long day of skiing. Would come back anytime

Great location!
The location of this condo was excellent. We were close to Charter Sports, which was an excellent ski rental shop and their service was amazing. Peak 9 was less than 50 yards away and so was Main Street in downtown Breck. Overall this was a great place to stay and we would definitely consider coming back.

Fabulous location to slopes and downtown!
What a great rental property for our President's Day weekend! We had a learge group of adults and two dogs, and all slept comfortably. The kitchen, living and dining area served as a great space for lounging and entertainment after a long sday on the slopes. The kitchen was fully stoked so we could have a great breakfast every morning to start our day. The patio and near-by hot tub were also a great way to relax in the afternoons. We were able to walk to resturants and breweries (which are really fun and tasty by the way!) The location of the condo was the most dieal location I've ever stayed for s ski location. We were just a short, easy walk away from the lifts and everything we needed for our days were easly accessible from this location as well. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone going to Break. and definitely stay again!

Walk to the slopes
This condo was clean and comfortable. It has a really nice family space and okay beds with great pillows! The bathrooms are small and adequate. We stayed for a few days and never moved the car. The snow has been deep and it was nice to park underneath the units. We were able to walk to the slopes and main street in minutes. I would recommend as a nice family unit.

Great location and lots of living space
Enjoyed the condo and location very much. The condo had lots of living space, with comfortable furniture, a well equipped kitchen, and a porch that we enjoyed sitting on after a full day of activities. The location was on the South end of Main street and walking distance from a lot of shops and restaurants. The Pinnacle management company was great. They sent us several e-mails before, during, and after checking in on us. They also called us the day of arrival, which was nice. Our only negative feedback was that both bathrooms were pretty small. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Wonderful Summer Location
My family stayed in Snowdallion 25 for a week. What a wonderful place with all needed amenities with style! The bedrooms were nice and spacious as was the living room. Well decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed for some home cooked meals. We were able to walk to downtown easily and were able to hike to nearby trails as well. Management was very attentive when we checked in and the whole process was very easy. Quiet neighborhood but great access. I would definitely recommend this spot and plan to rent it again in the future!

Wonderful spot and condo!
We came to Breckendridge for the second time for a family ski vacation. Snowdallion is an adorable condo and so comfortable! The layout is great- we even had a few family members stay a night with us and it was extremely adequate. The condo is very spacious and has a great layout. The views aren't of the mountains but you do get a view with tons of snow! The location was superb. You can literally walk across the street and down a hill to get to the slopes, which will also take you right into downtown. It is about a 5- minute walk t the ski school and you can rent skis across the street at the Marriot hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Two points to think about: 1) we were giben a key to the garage for parking but it never worked. The property management company said they would call about the issue but never followed up. You should expect to park outside, This was slightly disappointing. 2) The condo has almost everything you need, but it doesn't even have salt and pepper or sugar for coffee. Make sure you bring ANYTHING you wish to cook with. The only thign it provides are utensils. Also, they give you wash cloths for dishwashing- not adequate for actually cleaning the dishes. Do yourself a favor and pick up some sponges at the grocery if you plan to cook! All in all, this was a great place. Beds are comfotable, there is plenty of space to hang out, and the location is awesome. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great Weekend Getaway
I rented this condo out for the weekend while attending a wedding in the town of Breckenridge. It comfortably slept 5 people and everything was in great condition. Everything we needed was a 5-10 minute walk from the condo and the ski lifts looked like they were even a shorter walk. I would defintely recommend this unit to everyone and I'm definitely looking forward to renting it out again during ski season!

The great thing about this condo is that you are 1 block to Main Street and the Slopes without being in the hustle and bustle of being right on Main Street. This newly renovated condo is also great to relax in with the high end furnishings.

I rented this condo out for the weekend while attending a wedding in the town of Breckenridge. It comfortably slept 5 people and everything was in great condition.
