LOCATION – Located off Highway 9 on the south end only 2 miles from downtown Breckenridge, you get the best of both - the feeling of a cozy cabin in the woods with everything you want in town just a short drive away. When you’re ready for some outdoor activity, this neighborhood boasts loads of terrain for cross-country skiing, hiking, and exploring near the Blue River.

AMENITIES – This spacious three-level home can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests who can cook, dine, and retire to the living room for a movie on the mounted, flat-screen television or cozy up near the wood-burning stove. Also on this level is the beautiful master bedroom. The first floor has a bedroom and features a living area with a large flat-screen television and sleeper sofa. There are two additional bedrooms on the third level with a shared bathroom. The covered back porch has rocking chairs and a gas grill. Indulge in the private hot tub when it’s time to relax after a long day hiking trails or on the slopes. If you’re feeling like a spirited game, enjoy the foosball table, ping-pong table or pop-a-shot basketball—sure to be a fun time for everyone in the family.

All Pinnacle properties come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, amenities kit-cotton balls, Q-tips, sewing kit), and detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry) as well as high-end bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

Fabulous getaway, lots of privacy
Home is beautifully set in the woods with plenty of windows to enjoy the views. Home is very clean with plenty of room for multiple families or larger group. Great location just a few minutes from town.

Ideal home for group getaway!
A group of friends shared this home and we all had our own space -with the common area big enough gather in. Location is close to town, nestled in the mountains easy access to hiking Awesome place for a get away!

Cozy getaway
This beautiful home is just outside of town. You feel so isolated in the trees, such a beautiful neighborhood. Hot tub was so relaxing and the snow made it a winter wonderland...so private. Lots of space for everyone to be comfortable and all the kitchen amenities for cooking. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a mountain getaway that's close to town of Breckenridge.
