Sophie’s Chalet is a cozy three-bedroom townhome with a bonus loft that will comfortably accommodate your group on their mountain adventure. There is plenty of space for activity or relaxation for up to 10 guests in this perfect setting.

LOCATION – This home is located in the coveted Warrior’s Mark neighborhood located on the south end of Breckenridge near Peaks 9 & 10. You'll find getting to the slopes or town is a breeze with the free shuttle bus stop only a short walk away. Main Street Breckenridge is a little more than one mile away where you can enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife and all that Breckenridge has to offer.

AMENITIES – Two bedrooms have flat screen TVs, so everyone can enjoy time on their own or can gather in the spacious living room by the wood-burning fireplace to hang out together. The vaulted ceilings and expansive windows in the living room provide an abundance of natural light, and well-equipped kitchen opens to both the living and dining areas. You’ll be able to soak up the majestic mountain views from the wrap around balcony or relax on the back patio surrounded by the woods.

All Pinnacle properties come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, amenities kit-cotton balls, Q-tips, sewing kit), and detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry) as well as high-end bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

Stay at Sophie's Chalet
The ease of booking was a huge positive. It was a last minute booking and the booking agency took great care to find us a perfect property for our group. The townhouse was clean, updated and in a wonderful location. When we return to Breck, this townhouse is a must stay!

Beautifully appointed condo close to town!
We had a great stay at Sophie’s Chalet! It had a great layout for our group. I had some teens who stayed on the bottom level, and since my room was on the third floor, we each really felt like we had our own spaces. A previous reviewer had commented on the steps. There are a lot being that’s it’s three levels, but we were there to do active things, so it sure wouldn’t keep me from wanting to rent it again. The furnishings and decor are all really well done. Everything in it has a clean and updated look. Kids loved the double shower heads in their shower. Lots of sleeping options and the master bed was very comfortable. Pretty forest views and nice backyard area. We had a car so we didn’t really walk to town. It would be an easy walk down, but a good amount of uphill coming back to the condo. Management company was very responsive with communications. We had no issues at all, and appreciated the easy keyless entry. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely Breck Condo
We really enjoyed our stay. The only small downside is LOTS of stairs so not ideal if you have someone who struggles with stairs. Otherwise, beautiful condo, great location and easy parking. Thank you!
