Affectionately called “The Bear’s Lair”, this unit is comfortable enough to hibernate for a day or two but within walking distance of options for those needing to expend energy. Sundowner II is only a short walk to the heart of main street Breckenridge. The nearest ski lift is a couple of blocks up the street with close access to Peak 8 or 9. The Free Ride shuttle is located across the street from the entrance to the condominium complex.

Each of the two-bedrooms has a private bath, with a half bath option for guests downstairs or for anyone sleeping on the queen sleeper sofa. The master king bedroom has a flat screen television and an excellent view of Baldy Mountain. The open layout of the living area, kitchen and dining allows guests to enjoy time together in a relaxing setting in front of a gas fireplace.

Excellent condo in Breckenridge.
We loved our condo! Beautiful views and lovely amenties such as towels for hot tub, coffee and spa quality soaps. shampoo, shower gel, etc. Located close to a chairlift and Gondola. We walked to Main Street several times for restaurants and shopping.

Breck Condo
This property was fantastic! We had tons of room for the 4 of us that stayed, plus multiple visitors throughout the weekend. The condo was very clean and had all of the necessities for an amazing weekend in the mountains. It was very convenient to get to downtown Breck, as well as multiple ski resorts, including a 5-6 min walk to the closest lift at Breck. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!

Close to Main Street and the Slopes
The photos don't do it justice. This 2-story, 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit was perfect for us. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, containers for leftovers, etc. The fireplace and balcony were our favorites. Both bedrooms have en suite baths and we had to remind ourselves there was also a half bath off of the kitchen. Beautiful mountain views from all of the rooms. A very easy walk to Main Street for coffee, a glass of wine, or any number of wonderful food options. We would absolutely stay there again.

Recently Updated, Well Appointed
The condo has recently been remodeled and they did a wonderful job. Very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We would stay here again. Easy to walk to Main Street (even with small children). The pool is very close and easy to access. Overall it completely met our expectations.

Great getaway
The unit is nicely updated and very pleasing to the eye. Location is perfect for an easy walk to shops/restaurants. Check-in/out was simple. Unit looks just like listing. Would definitely stay there again.
