LOCATION – This home is located North Breckenridge, just minutes from the Town of Breckenridge, Ski Area, Golf Course and the Gold Run Nordic Center.

AMENITIES – This two-story home has a wonderful open living, kitchen and dining area on the main floor for entertainment. Off of the living/dining area is a large patio, a perfect spot for taking in the amazing vistas. Off the lower level family room is a patio with the hot tub perfect for relaxing. The master bedroom is located on the main level with windows showcasing the Ten Mile Range. There are two additional bedroom: one on the lower level off the family room and one on the main level.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Had a lovely stay with our family. Spacious home but still felt cozy, perfect for winter vacation. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms, TVs, hot tub was wonderful. Less than 10 minutes into Breck.
Had issue with water turning off (turns out there is an electronic controller so be aware of that), but managment company sent someone out on weekend morning to help. We would stay again.

We had a great stay here! House was in a nice location with easy access to both Breckenridge and Frisco. Wonderful view and porch. House was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Communication with staff was solid with reminders and helpful texts. Would love to stay again!

What more can you ask for but the most fun, awesome and fun vacation I had since I was kid. No one to answer to. Enjoy the nature surrounding me. Crossings streams, finally catching fish(9 fish in all) horse back riding when ever I wanted.
If something didn’t, it was fixed. I had the greatest time in my life and so happy that these memories no one can’t take them away. Thanks a bunch.
