LOCATION: Located in the heart of the exclusive Highlands neighborhood, this home is approximately 1 mile to the Summit Stage stop on Highway 9, 1.5 miles from Main Street and 1.7 miles from the Gondola. The Highlands is conveniently located off Highway 9 for easy access not only to Breckenridge but the surrounding Summit County area. Enjoy mountain views and a feeling of seclusion, all while being just a short drive or bus ride from all the best sights and activities that Breckenridge has to offer.

AMENITIES: Entertaining is made easy in the gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and professional Thermador appliances—including a 6 burner gas range. Take in stunning mountain views from the spacious and open main level kitchen, dining, and living room with floor-to-ceiling windows allowing every guest to take in the scenery. Relax and enjoy the master suite and additional master bedroom with bathrooms both boasting double shower heads and gas fireplaces. And when it comes to entertainment, this home certainly leaves nothing to be desired. The lower level living area has a large flat-screen television, pool table, game table, and room for everyone play games or sit by the fire. Wonderful Ski House for Xmas family getogather!
We have a wonderful Christmas Stay! The location is perfect for downhill skiing at the Breckenridge. The parking at the airport for catching a shuttle bus to the slopes is 1-2 miles away and very convenient. The house was more than big enough for 6 adults and 5 children. Wonderful layout. Views for Peak 6/7/8/9 were beautiful from the picture windows. The kitchen was magnificent with fully stocked for a chef! The Storage for Skis and boots..etc were perfect. Fireplaces and hotub were plus. The office was very nice for the respite. The WIFI worked great as well. The owners were gracious when corresponding via email and the Customer service at the Pinnacle lodging was excellent. Rachel and KK were great. The checkin process was good. Someone met us to go over the house..etc. Any issues that we need to be looked at were taken care of promptly. We communicated via Texting or email efficiently. For example, the House was not heating properly(too cold), and the customer service took care of it right away. Also asked for trash pick up and was taken care of right away. Highly recommend the house. We are considering staying at the house again in the future. My family would love to return!!! We want to thank Doug and Sharon(owners) for their wonderful house and the Pinnacle lodging for taking care of all matters. Much Appreciate it! Manager Response We would love to have you return! Great house, great location!
Myself and my family stayed at this house for 7 days one week before Christmas. The house was 10 minutes from peak 8 and all restaurants in grocery stores are within a 10 to 12 minute drive tops. There was only about a five-minute drive to the gondola. At one point we had 16 family members at the house and everyone was very comfortable. We plan on booking this house again in the future! The only tip I would recommend has to have a four-wheel drive car. It snowed pretty heavily a few days and the neighborhood h away is responsible for clearing the streets which they do. The house is still located a bit uphill and we noticed some smaller two wheel drive cars we're having a difficulty getting into the neighborhood.

Amazing Property w/ Amazing Views!
Property offered so many great amenities! Wonderful fully stocked kitchen to cook in, plenty of space to sit and chat with family members, gameroom and pool table room to pass the time... in addition to en suite bathrooms in mostly all bedrooms was a huge plus! Tons of outdoor space for the kids to play in the snow! Will definitely be looking in booking again! Pinnacle offered great customer service and answered all questions in a timely manner and gave great recommendations!

My new favorite vacation destination! Perfect for multiple families and reunions!
We took our immediate family and grandparents up in Breckenridge for the week and this was the perfect house for our family vacation!!! We started each morning enjoying coffee on the huge deck taking in the breathtaking view. Cooking for our group was a breeze in the Incredible gormet kitchen. The beds and linens were soft and luxurious and made sure we each got a good nights sleep. The fact that there are so many bathrooms gave each family privacy and their own space to get away. Each evening we relaxed in the fancy hot tub and enjoyed the stars. They had a good stash of board games, and we did a family ping pong tournament. There is also a big pool table. We had one rainy day and no one missed a beat with all the fun things to do at the house. Several days we had movie nights in the giant sectional in the downstairs game room! This house is located sooooo conveniently to the big Breck gondola that takes you up Peak 8. We rented bikes, enjoyed all the adventure alpine slide and activities at Breckenridge Peak 8, went hiking and white water rafting. The owners provided several fantastic dining recommendations in breck, Dillon and Frisco that we loved!! We didn’t think we would use the big tv’s in each bedroom but we logged into our Netflix account and enjoyed winding down before bed. These were just an extra bonus in a house that they seem to have thought of everything to make a vacation relaxing and memorable! We will definitely be back in the winter for our ski vacation and will be returning for years to come. Breck has always been a favorite vacation destination for our family and now I can definitely say we won’t stay anywhere else!!!
