Great place for families
We had four adults and four kids (5 and under) stay for a weekend and there was plenty of space. It had everything we needed and was close to anything we wanted to do in Breck. The only down side was we only had one parking pass and had to figure out something for our other car. That seems to be more of an HOA issue but if there was a guest pass (I saw a few in the parking lot) that would be great.

Place was perfect location
This place was perfect for ski in ski out. A little more of a walk than expected to get to town but not bad. Only complaint was having to drive to a different town to pick up and drop off keys. Most places have drop Boxes now that make it really convenient. A few of the people complained about their matress not being good. However, overall this place had everything we needed included some trash bags and coffee and paper towels . I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a good time.

Ideal location, dated and a bit run down property.
The location and size of this property are both great. We had two families with six kids and there was room for everyone. We were there for four nights and our kids ranged in age from 12 - 16. More than four nights probably would have been tough for all the kids who were in fairly tight quarters with four boys in one room and two girls in another. It was great to be able to walk out to Snowflake lift just a very short walk away and skiing in is always a plus at the end of the day. The condo is old and in need of a lot of updates but if you don't mind that sort of thing the location and size of the condo make up for some of those shortcomings. Manager Response Thank you so much for providing us with your feedback on the home. It is in a great location to walk right to the Snowflake lift! This unit is undergoing plans for a remodel, we hope you come back to check it out when it is complete!

Needs update
This location is perfect as far as closeness to chair lift, ski rental, and lift tickets. The condo needs update - carpet is probably 30 years old. Dishwasher top shelf broken could not pull it out to load. The drain in one of the bathtub would not drain and the ceiling fan had an inch of dust on it. Considering all of that - there still is a lot of space and three bathrooms and washer and dryer and FULLY equipped kitchen. Save your energy it was on the third floor - no elevator!!

location was amazing
The kitchen was well equipped but the condo needed some maintenance. There was a leaky kitchen faucet and the dishwasher door was not easy to close so it was difficult to get the machine started. One of the bedrooms was so musty we couldn't sleep in there (so for us it was a 3 bedroom not 4 bedroom condo). The location was great.

Beautiful view, great location, perfect stay!
Our stay was wonderful. The condo is spacious, perfectly furnished and the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. The mountain views were fantastic, sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning was perfect. You can catch the "free ride" bus just across the street to Main St and the local grocery. It's also directly across from a ski lift. We spent several nights in front of the fireplace enjoying the view and Smart TV. The Jacuzzi tub was an added bonus. We had a great time and hope to return when snow is on the ground.

Our stay was fantastic! The condo was well stocked with all the amenities of home. We wanted for nothing! The beautiful mountain view outside the master bedroom and off the balcony was spectacular and the access to town was perfect! Thank you for making our vacation special! Super place to stay
I stayed at this Tyra chalet for two weeks last summer and it was spectacular. The spacious living rooms sits above a rushing mountain stream and looks back across Breckenridge toward Baldy. We would watch the sunlight climb it each evening. The condo is spacious and well appointed and in a perfect location. You can practically walk right outside into the hot tub or to the grill. I am not a skier, but it looked like a ski lift was right across the street. It was super. I recommend it!

Great Location!!!
Location! Location! Location! My family and I have been staying in Breckenridge for close to 20 years and this is by far the best located condo that we have ever stayed in. It is directly across the street from the Snow Flake lift. Simply walk across the street and you are at the lift. No uphill (downhill) climb to access the slopes. At the end of the day, you can ski directly back to the complex. My son and I actually starting skiing directly to the hot tub at the end of the day!! The 4 BR unit has plenty of space for several families to spread out and not be on top of each other. While the kitchen and bathrooms could use some updates, the place is clean, very functional and well laid out. The view of Baldy from the main room and the patio were truly impressive. We utilized the well equipped kitchen to cook several meals at the condo. The unit is also a short walk to downtown to the many restaurants and bars. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.
