LOCATION – This home is located in the coveted Warrior’s Mark neighborhood located on the south end of Breckenridge near Peaks 9 & 10. Main Street Breckenridge is less than two miles away where guests can enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife and all that Breckenridge has to offer.

AMENITIES – There are four bedrooms including a master king suite with gas fireplace, a master queen suite, and 2 bunk bedrooms. The fully stocked kitchen features polished granite counters and stainless steel appliances, all designed to make meal preparation enjoyable and easy. Settle into the living area, light the gas fireplace and relax with your family and friends. On chilly nights, step onto one of two private decks and enjoy the extreme beauty of the area or soak in the hot tub after an adventure-filled day.
All Pinnacle properties come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, amenities kit-cotton balls, Q-tips, sewing kit), and detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry) as well as high-end bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

Awesome Stay at Beautiful Home
My friends and I stayed at this location and had an incredible time! The space exceeded our expectations and even the photographs. Amenities were perfect all around the home. The location is just a few minutes drive from downtown Breck and all its restaurants/bars. We also skied one day at the nearby slopes; there was plenty of garage space for our ski gear. Inside, there was more than enough room for our large crew to spread out and find ample sleeping quarters. Would stay again if we find ourselves in Breckenridge in the future!
