LOCATION – This townhome is located in the Charter Ridge complex above the picturesque town of Breckenridge on Baldy Mountain. The free shuttle is located nearby that gives you access not only to Breckenridge but the surrounding Summit County area. Endless activities abound year-round with miles of cross-country, hiking and biking trails right out the back door.

AMENITIES – There are three bedrooms including a master king bedroom, two queen bedrooms with additional sleeping space in the den. The main level area is a great space for your group to gather for meals and entertainment. Cozy up in front of the fireplace to relax with a good book, watch a movie on the flat screen TV or enjoy music on the Sonos audio system. There are multiple decks so you won’t want to miss taking in the breathtaking mountain views, soaking in the outdoor hot tub or grilling up dinner to enjoy with friends and family.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Vehicle Recommendations – AWD/4WD RECOMMENDED for this property
• Parking – 1 car garage with 1 outdoor spaces – 2 spaces total (no additional on-site parking, additional vehicles will be towed at guest expense)
• No Pets / No Smoking (Per HOA rules, there is NO Marijuana use allowed within the development.)
• Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions.

Absolutely one of the best places I’ve stayed at in breck. I was looking for lodging during one of the busiest times of the year for the area and so glad I landed on this place. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was wonderfully designed and large enough for our crew of 7 people the place was well stocked and very clean. The view is just incredible. Huge gratitude from me and my family.

We really loved this property. The views were amazing and the three floor living gave plenty of space and privacy to each family. Great location to town and the property managers were very attentive and helpful. Would absolutely recommend!

We enjoyed the beautiful four bedroom home high in the mountains in Breckenridge. It is well stocked and cared for. Just a short drive to Main Street. This home has a great kitchen and a large master bedroom and bath. Parking is only for two vehicles so having anyone visit is difficult.

The house was very clean and comfortable for all 7 of us. The downstairs bedrooms had a few issues with the temperature being too hot - they had to sleep with the window open. Great location for skiing/snowboarding in Breckenridge. The shuttle to town/skiing was a bit of an uphill trek for skiers - not so much for snowboarders. Many days we drove to the free parking lot(short distance away) and took the short shuttle to the lifts. Many days some of us took the shuttle back to the house (downhill walk not bad).Views from the balconies of the house were beautiful. The house was big enough to have privacy and living area ample for all of us. Hot tub was great after a days on the mountain... It is a 4 bedroom with 3 and a 1/2 baths right outside Breckenridge (not Woodmoor, Colorado). Hopefully the description has been corrected - we almost did not rent when we saw the Woodmoor in the description.

This rental property was great. It's about a 10 minute drive to the Quick Silver chair or the Breck Gondola which was great for us. Amazing view of Breckenridge and the mountain, plenty of space for a group of 8, very clean and the host always responded very quickly. Would highly recommend this stay.

Radiant heat was issue. The bottom level went up to 78 degrees. That’s not acceptable for sleeping or getting ready. The maintenance staff came over twice to try and fix it. Their solution was to sleep with fans and open the window. We even turned off heat but it was still hot and sub zero outside ! If the heating issue was solved I would recommend place. Buyer beware.

Charter Ridge 60 was the perfect location to serve as a base camp for all of out Colorado adventures- hiking, fishing and kayaking. Close enough to Breckinridge to make trips into town doable by car or on foot

The unit was very clean and well kept. Amenities included a well equipped kitchen, remote controlled gas fireplace, hot tub, 5 bedrooms, 3 porches, parking for 2 cars and sensational views of the mountains..

Property management was very responsive To all of our questions. Would definitely return. We highly recommend this property.

Comfortable and convenient with beautiful mountain views. Charter Ridge was nicely appointed with everything we needed for our vacation. We enjoyed walking to town and biking and hiking nearby trails. Breck was a refreshing escape from our south Louisiana summer heat. Pinnacle Lodging was accommodating and easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to visit again.
