We LOVE Cocoa Cabin! Best layout for adult couples, no sharing bathrooms! Kitchen is always well stocked with everything we could need to stay in and cook. Such a comfy living area both upstairs and down. No complaints from our group. Just enough out of downtown traffic but close enough to everything that it is not inconvenient.

Perfect Mountain Home

We stayed here for a week of hiking and couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The house was beautiful and everything was new and high quality. The views are outstanding and the location is perfect. We have been coming to Breck every year for over 30 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed. The property management team was also outstanding.

The property was amazing. **** and span clean. Management were very responsive and made sure we are doing well and were enjoying our stay. The view is awesome. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Everything in the house is perfect. The supplies are topnotch. We will definitely book again in this property.

This is a beautiful home and was very clean. The property management was very courteous and communicated well. Our only issue was the choice of cookware. Very little to choose from to cook large meals and we ran out of propane on our first use of the grill.

Great place to stay. Loved having 2 living areas - one for 5 grandchildren and one for 6 adults, plenty of seating. Also enjoyed having all around one table for meals. Plenty of kitchen tableware and nice appliances - clean and well appointed.

We absolutely loved the home. Plenty of space and just like the pictures. Very clean and organized and the master bathroom had a fantastic steam shower!

Our young kids loved the amount of space and that we were a very short drive away from town and the slopes.

Will definitely stay here again in the future!

This property exceeded our expectations for our family ski trip! Each couple had their own bedroom with bathroom while we all enjoyed the open design family room where we lounged, ate meals together, and enjoyed the breathtaking views. Within 7 minutes from downtown Breckenridge and the ski slopes, we had the best of the town and a get away. The house was well built with attention to the details and very clean. The management was easily accessible and helpful. I would highly recommend this property!

Our vacation was amazing, the house was perfect for our group. It may help others if there were more kitchen towels provided. The ice machine is VERY SLOW too.

The house was brand new and absolutely gorgeous; way more than we had hoped for. It was conveniently located to downtown (less than 10 minutes) and the mountain, and the management group was communicative and responsive. Open space, heated floors, great hot tub...I would highly recommend it.

Where do I start? The cabin was even nicer than the photos. It was gorgeous and thoughtfully stocked. Everything was nice and clean and the views were absolutely amazing. The location is about 5-8 minutes outside of town but it’s totally worth it. The staff stayed in touch throughout our stay, they were extremely helpful and kind. You won’t regret booking the Cocoa Cabin!!!
