The stair railings were loose and falling out. The beds were not comfortable. We had a group of 12 and the dining table only 8 with 3 bar stools at the counter. The living rooms could not seat our entire group. The house was cold when we arrived. The heat is in floor radiant heat (which is great); however, it wasn't turned up long enough prior to our arrival for the house to heat up. The cleanliness of the house was not as I would have expected. The kitchen pop up stove vent was disgusting! It had not been cleaned at all. We sent pictures to the management company of the railing and stove vent and the response was thanks for letting them know. I would have thought since the stair railing was a safety concern (and we had kids in our group) they would have offered to look at it when we notified them.
The items in the kitchen were very mismatched. They were various plastic disposable type bowls with no lids or stained or cracked. There was not a mixing bowl set.
