LOCATION – The name says it all, One Ski Hill Place. This incredible slopeside all-season resort allows you to experience everything Breckenridge has to offer year round. Set at the base of Peak 8, these luxurious condominiums are steps from the Gondola to get you to the slopes or right into town (The gondola is closed May - Mid June). One Ski Hill Place is the perfect location, right at the base of Peak 8.

RESORT AMENITIES – At One Ski Hill Place you can lounge in the lobby which features a large, three-sided fireplace or relax in the grand piano living room while looking out onto the ski slopes. The outdoor plaza seats up to 300 guests with a heated deck and fireplace. The aquatics center features an adult pool, kids’ pool with a gradual sloping entry, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub with a fire pit, sauna and steam room. After a day on the slopes, roll a few games at the two-lane bowling alley or visit the Rejuvenation Center for a soothing massage. Additional comforts include a fitness center, two movie lounges, a game room, heated underground parking (with free valet service), and the best on-mountain après-ski spot in Breckenridge – the T-Bar. Please note: Resort and Common Area amenities may be closed or have access limited without notice.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)

We stayed with a family of three, one of which was 3 years old and the property was perfect! So convenient, great communication from the staff, and the property has excellent amenities. Our daughter loved the pool, bowling alley, and movie theater, and it was just right out the door onto the slopes. Can’t be beat! Plan to pick up and drop off keys in Frisco. We didn’t need a car because the gondola and local shuttle worked perfect.

Took a quick weekend to the mountains to escape the scorching heat of the midwest. This condo was a great place to stay with views of the mountains and clean and quiet inside. I look forward to returning soon.

Great place to stay. Close to town. Many options for activities around the rental, however, we did not take advantage of the steam room, or game areas, but a great addition to this property. Nice view of the mountains. The unit does not face the slopes, but still a beautiful view. TV was probably our biggest annoyance, as you have to sign into amazon to access shows and movies etc. The dresser in bedroom needs to be adjusted as the top drawer kept opening up. Overall great place to stay for a get away
