Solid three bedroom condo. Location is excellent and underground parking is fantastic and easy to use. Unit shows better than it actually as it’s getting a bit dated. Kitchen appliances need some repairs: icemaker in the freezer didn’t work, one of the coffee makers didn’t work, the garbage cans/disposal Was broken. But overall very solid. Bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. Water pressure in the showers is fair.

I cant say enough about this property. We travel a lot and always use VRBO. This was the cleanest one that I have ever stayed in. The location is the best in Breck in my opinion. The parking garage underneath makes life way easier as well. All amenities in the house were perfect. The host checked on us daily via text. We will not be going back to Breck unless this place is available, that's how much we liked it.

We've stayed here 3 times. Love the location so close to Peak 9 base for skiing and walking distance to lots of great restaurants, shops and Breckenridge Market. Appreciate the 2 covered parking spots. Owners and management company keep it well-maintained and very clean. We would love if the main floor bedroom had a regular bed instead of a bunk, but we realize we may not be representative of what most guests want!

This townhome was just right for our week in Breckenridge. The location is excellent; so close to everything town has to offer, easy pick-up on Free Bus to the slopes, and very comfortable and clean. The only issue we had was the heat was very hard to regulate. It was often stifling in the bedrooms.

The condo is much nicer than anticipated. I mean, I thought it was going to be nice but I was pleasantly surprised by the top of the line kitchen appliances, beautiful wood work, and attention to detail such as the heated floor at the entrance and integrated audio system. There were two balconies- I’m not sure I knew that before my arrival and the dishes/plate ware are fully stocked. Bathrooms are really nice with great water pressure. The customer service team was very helpful and responsive. I’d stay here again without hesitation! There was a damaged chair when we arrived but the team took care of that as soon as it was brought to their attention. I’m very pleased.

My wife and I plus our 2 daughters had a fantastic stay at Placer Ridge. It is indeed a great location with amazing views from multiple windows, porches, and balconies. Very short walk to Main Street for shopping, coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and whatever else you could need. The Breck Free Ride shuttle is close to make it easy to get back and forth from the mountain. Lots of space in the Townhome and very comfy beds. Treat yourself and rent this place!

We had a wide range of ages, from 7 to 51, and everyone loved the location. We had the ability to walk to Main Street, the grocery, the Carter Park sledding hill and the Quicksilver chair lift. The size and layout was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and the included mini shampoos, conditioners and lotions helped get our stay started. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and we all liked warming up by the gas fireplace. The house was stocked with many board games. Having two garage parking spots is an added bonus in an area that has parking fees. We loved this property!
