Located in the Sundowner II Complex in the 4 O'clock area, this condo offers an excellent location with comfortable furnishings throughout. Affectionately called “The Bear’s Lair”, this unit is comfortable enough to hibernate for a day or two but within walking distance of options for those needing to expend energy. Sundowner II is only a short walk to the heart of main street Breckenridge. The nearest ski lift is a couple of blocks up the street with close access to Peak 8 or 9. The Free Ride shuttle is located across the street from the entrance to the condominium complex.

Unit amenities include sleeping options that make this a great choice for a large family or a friend group. Each of the two-bedrooms has a private bath, with a half bath option for guests downstairs or for anyone sleeping on the queen sleeper sofa. The master king bedroom has a flat screen television and an excellent view of Baldy Mountain. The second captain’s bunk bedroom (queen over queen) offers comfortable sleeping options for a family or adult couples. The open layout of the living area, kitchen and dining allows guests to enjoy time together in a relaxing setting in front of a gas fireplace. After a big day of skiing, soak in the on-site outdoor hot tubs or take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed mid-April through mid-June and again early September through mid-November.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 4, plenty of room, cozy and very comfortable beds! We really enjoyed our stay in the sundowner unit. The check in process was simple especially after a day of travel. We loved walking to town or to catch the gondola. I would recommend this unit to everyone and would love to come back and stay next time.

If this place is available, book it. Beautiful property with awesome location. We were here for our summer vacation. There were so many nice little touches to this place that made our trip really relaxing. Beds were very comfortable. Rental company was fantastic with commuication. No complaints at all!

The pictures are accurate and the condo was very clean. Nice 2 bedroom for our family of 4. Ski closet outside our door was convenient. Elevator in the building very helpful. Underground parking good but some spaces tight if you have a large suv. Close to free bus or a short walk up the 4 o'clock road to the Snowflake lift. I wish I had known we could rent ski equipment right by Snowflake lift!! You can ski down to Snowflake lift and walk home. Same with the 4 o'clock run (bit longer walk). Management service was easy to work with and we had no trouble checking in. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the option of the courtyard hottub. The check-in/out process was very simple. There was adequate dish/dishwasher soap, garbage bags, towels, etc. The only suggestion I would make is to add a rug by the front entrance so there is a place to put boots and the snow doesn't melt everywhere. Also, the bear and the tree are cute decor, but with young children getting ski boots on we could've used more open space in the entry way.

The unit we rented was a great location; walkable to town. Kitchen was very well equipped-we cooked several meals there and appreciated the attention to detail, and cleanliness of the unit. Also decor and amenities were suburb-great communication with the property management company.

The only negative was that the unit was on the second floor, and although it had an elevator there were steps that you needed to take to get the unit which made it hard to use the luggage dolly.

All in all we had a great time staying in Breck

We loved the location and amenities. Close to chairlift and Gondola. Wonderful views from condo. Main Street was walkable and we took of advantage of restaurants and shopping.

The condo was very nice and clean and we loved spending time by the fire. Very well kept. Short walk to town and to the lift and then we would ski down to the lodge at the end of the day. Beautiful views of the mountains can be seen from the bedrooms upstairs but not as much on the main living floor. A small disappointment was the hot tub. It was more like a warm tub. We were actually cold for about the first ten minutes and by the time it got hot we were ready to get out. However, it’s s community problem and not our condo’s specific. I would definitely stay here again. Great communication and hospitality. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Came up for a ski weekend with the family. The location and space of the condo were fantastic; a block away from Snowflake Lift (one of the best kept secrets in Breck for getting on the mountain) and the condo itself was modern and spacious. Communication with Pinnacle was a breeze and access to the condo couldn’t have been easier. Will definitely book here again, if available.
