Hard to beat the location, especially when you figure out there's an upper parking lot so you don't need to climb steps to unload. Unit worked out great for our group. Beds and baths were nice.

This was a great home base for our family ski trip. Location cannot be beat - across the street from Snowflake lift with the nicest rental shop, and an easy walk down the hill to town. Gorgeous sunrises over the mountain, a well-stocked kitchen, and clean comfortable bedrooms. The upstairs suite was lovely, and there were lots of extra blankets for snuggling on the couch (or building forts in the kids’ bunk room). The community hot tub (indoor and outdoor) were just steps from the front door.

The condo was beautiful, had a great view and is only a few blocks from Breckenridge Main Street. So, it is within walking distance to the restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean and came with two parking passes, which we needed since we traveled in two vehicles. I highly recommend staying here.

A ski-in, walk 100 feet out location. Met all the needs of 10 skiers. Four bedrooms, three with master baths, plus a half bath. Good location to come back for lunch everyday. Fully stocked kitchen. Two parking passes were essential. Huge tv. The management company was excellent. The only downside is that the porch is very small and doesn’t have a grill.

We rent at Tyre frequently when in Breck due to the great location with easy access to ski rental, Snowflake lift, reliable ski-in access (4 O'clock run w/ snow making) and walkable to city area. We have stayed in dozens of condos over the years across the US and this is one of the best: recently remodeled with high-end industrial/eclectic style, well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen (good breadth/quantity/quality), full size washer/dryer, Dish TV, comfy beds, plenty of blankets/pillows, lots of family games, etc... It's nice that the owners/condo allow people to leave some non-perishables (e.g., spices, foil, soap) so that there are at least a few things that you don't need to buy and/or can leave behind for others' benefit. Hot water for showers was an issue at times for no apparent reason, but overall manageable for a large family if not in a rush. I would highly recommend!
