This was our 2nd summertime stay at this property for our family - 8 adults, 6 kids. We would rate it 4 or 5 star, with everything our families are looking for. Pinnacle staff was great - very responsive on day of arrival and with a shower reset issue. Very clean both years upon arrival. Nice layout and views. Two suggestions: 1 - Need more than one trash bin / receptacle for a one week stay for a large group. Two bins + one recycle bin would seem more practical. 2 - Beverage cooler door in the kitchen did not work - tech said he would report it. Technology in master shower and lower level shower had issues both in 2021 and again this year. Pinnacle was responsive and the tech showed us how to access the panel to reset (the problem recurred again in both showers). Minor issues - great property!

What an amazing week! This home is beautiful! It’s the perfect spot for a large family. The view is incredible. Making meals in the kitchen is hardly work given the scenery. We love the location; close enough to Breck and Fresno but tucked up and away from it all. The management company is so helpful and responsive. We had a small tech hiccup and they had it fixed by the time we got home, they day I emailed about it. This was a perfect get away!
