LOCATION – The Village Point Townhomes are located off Broken Lance Drive in the Warrior’s Mark area of Breckenridge. They are located close to the Peak 9 Base, only a seven minute walk to the QuickSilver and SuperChair, and less than a ten minute walk to the quaint shops and restaurants of historic downtown Breckenridge. There is a free shuttle stop right at the entrance to Village Point which will take you to the slopes, town or anywhere in Summit County.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Parking – 2 spaces total
• 1 car garage
• 1 outdoor space
• AWD/4WD Vehicle – Recommended between November 1st & May 31st

Our family truly enjoyed our vacation stay at this home. The private hot tub was a hit after a day of skiing. The property was very clean and the Floorplan was great for a multiple family experience. Will plan to stay here again.

Check in was super easy! The home was well stocked and clean and worked perfectly for our family of 5. We loved the private hot tub and the location plus it was a real bonus to have TVS in the bedrooms.

We could not have been more pleased with the rental home! Perfect location (you could walk to Main st or easy bus ride on Brown bus route). The house had everything we needed, plenty of space for 6 adults, commons areas with plenty of seating to eat together and play games. We had every kitchen item we needed and had our groceries delivered so we were set for our stay. The hot tub was great! Nice to have a private one for after skiing. Although we didn't have a vehicle, the garage was a great addition to put our skis and boots after our day was done. Absolutely great stay and home and thank you for letting us use it!

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo very close to downtown. We had 2 adult couples & a teenager & all had their own room & bathroom. Layout is perfect. The video game machine is a huge hit for afternoon rain shower entertainment. Used the very well outfitted kitchen every day. Loved the garage for our bikes.

We had a great stay at Village Point 205. The condo fit our group of 10 perfectly. The property was a 10 minute walk to the base of Peak 9. The check-in and check-out process was easy. Everyone was very responsive for a pair of lost AirPods and mailed it back to us. I would definitely stay here again.
