We had an amazing time during Thanksgiving at this home. It was perfect for our family and made the Holiday very special. The house was in a perfect location and had all the amenities we could ask for. The home is absolutely beautiful and well built.

This home appears to be brand new, so new that not all windows had window coverings yet, but those that did were fancy Hunter Douglas electronic coverings. They also need some furniture on the deck, but I bet that is coming. The living room really only seats 3 people, but the kitchen table has plenty of chairs to move around. The layout and kitchen amenities were plentiful (more silverware & glasses than I'd ever seen in a rental unit). Could use a few more spices and cooking basics, like olive oil and sugar, but those will probably accumulate with more guests. Every bedroom had a beautiful attached bathroom and large closet. The double garage is also spacious and plenty of room for two more cars in the driveway. The place is located near the Breckenridge golf course and about 3 miles outside the town, which we love. It's also close to the bike trail that goes between Breckenridge and Frisco. I highly recommend this property!
