Before You Book
Where is Breckenridge?
Breckenridge is located 80 miles west of Denver on I-70 and 10 miles south of Frisco on Highway 9 in central Colorado.
Where is the most convenient airport in relation to Breckenridge?
Denver International Airport (DIA) handles domestic and international flights. It is a 2 hour drive to Breckenridge from the airport along I-70. Transportation is available by car rental and shuttles.
Can I have a wedding at one of the properties?
The properties we manage are located primarily in residential areas. Each property is individually owned and weddings tend to place more stress and damage on the property and the neighborhood. As a result, we do not allow weddings or receptions in order to protect the homes and infrastructure.
Are daily cleaning services included?
Daily services are not included during your stay. Your property will be fully cleaned for your arrival with fresh linens and sundries. Additional cleans are available with at least 24 hours’ notice and at an additional charge. For scheduling and pricing, please contact us and we will be happy to schedule them for you.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are allowed in specific properties only. If you would like to bring your pet, please inquire at booking as to whether the property is pet friendly.
We understand how important pets are and how they are a part of the family. There is a boarding house in Breckenridge for pets if you must bring one. Guests with pets checking into undesignated properties will be refused entry. If there is a violation of this policy, there will be a $500 fine plus the expense of any additional cleaning and possible eviction without a refund.
Do bathrooms have towels and a hair dryer?
Yes.
Does the kitchen have pots and pans, coffee pots, silverware, wine glasses and a microwave?
Yes.
Is there a washer and dryer at my property?
Yes, all of our rentals have either private in-home laundry or a shared coin-operated laundry room in the complex. To check, look at the property information for the property you are inquiring about.
Does my accommodation have air-conditioning?
Most homes and condos in Breckenridge do not have air-conditioning.
What amenities does my property offer?
The best place to see a property list of amenities is on the property specific page located on the right, under pricing. If you’re looking for specific amenities, try filtering on our property search page.
What additional items are included in my stay?
Aside from answering any questions, helping you book experiences and offering local tips, we provide a one night supply of coffee, trash bags, laundry detergent, toiletries, dish soap, etc. Anything beyond these may be purchased at the grocery stores in town.
How to Book
How do I make a reservation?
You can book directly through our website, call us (1-800-872-8789), or email us (reservations@visitbreck.com). Let our team know how many are in your party, what you are looking for in a rental, and your contact information (home/cell phone number and email address) and we will get back to you quickly.
What is the minimum age to make a reservation?
The minimum age is 25.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and e-checks.
What is the refund policy?
A deposit of 50% of the total rent amount is due by Credit Card at the time of booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. If required, security deposits on private homes are due in the office 45 days prior to arrival by Personal Check. There are No Refunds on Private Homes. If you need to cancel a condo or townhome reservation, and are 61 days prior to your arrival date, your full deposit will be refunded less a handling charge of $150.00 per property. There is No Refund for cancellations within 61 days of your Arrival Date. We are not responsible for loss, delay, or expenses incurred due to weather, strike, road closures, flight cancellations or any other unforeseen circumstances. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance!

What if I am arriving after office hours?
We will have your keys and directions in the lockbox outside of our office door. Please contact us for information on how to access the lockbox if you know you will have a late arrival.
Is there parking at my vacation rental?
All of our rentals have at least one parking spot available with the exception of the Village at Breckenridge, which does not have guaranteed parking. Parking spots at Beaver Run and the Village at Breckenridge are at an additional cost and can range from $13-20 per night. Beaver Run parking is paid at Beaver Run’s front desk.
What if I have an additional vehicle?
Some properties allow an additional car. For those that do not, the Stephen C. West Ice Rink offers overnight parking for $5 per night. Please reference the property page or inquire before arrival about parking.

What do we do for check-out?
We ask that you make sure all trash is picked up, the dishwasher is started, and that you return all keys and passes to our office, as necessary.
Do you offer discounts on ski or bike rentals?
Yes, we partner with different rental companies in town that give our guests discounts. You can find offers here.
Can I book my lift tickets through you?
Yes, just call our reservations team at least 3 days before your reservation, and they will help you book lift tickets for your vacation.
Is there a local grocery store?
What if we have a maintenance question while we are in-house?
Our maintenance team is highly qualified and very friendly. Just text, email, or call our front desk and our maintenance team will address the issue as quickly as possible. For after-hours emergencies, we have somebody on-call 24 hours a day. Call our office and follow the after-hours emergency prompts to reach our maintenance tech.
Is the hot tub cleaned before our arrival?
Our hot tubs are cleaned and maintained in between reservations. There is the rare occurrence where the hot tub technician may need to access the hot tub during your stay. This is to ensure all hot tub standards are met.
What if it snows while I am on vacation?
We do everything we can to keep driveways and walkways clear of snow. However, we are in a high alpine environment so snow and ice are part of the package. Contractually, driveways are plowed after every 4 inches of snow. During the winter months, walkways to and from driveways, grills, and hot tubs are shoveled prior to your arrival.
I am having something shipped to Breckenridge. What address should I sent it to?
When shipping a package, use only UPS or FedEx. If you use USPS, the package will not arrive. Please use the following address:
