How is Covid affecting trips to Breckenridge?
Breckenridge is open again for visitors!
Most of our properties offer no-contact check-ins, where guests receive all of their rental information as well as access to the property prior to arrival. Additionally, our cleaners are sanitizing all hard surfaces including remotes, door handles, and light switches beyond our standard cleaning procedures between guests.
Where is Breckenridge?
Breckenridge is located 80 miles west of Denver on I-70 and 10 miles south of Frisco on Highway 9 in central Colorado.
Where is the most convenient airport in relation to Breckenridge?
Denver International Airport (DIA) handles domestic and international flights. It is a 2 hour drive to Breckenridge from the airport along I-70. Transportation is available by car rental and shuttles.
Can I have a wedding at one of the properties?
The properties we manage are located primarily in residential areas. Each property is individually owned and weddings tend to place more stress and damage on the property and the neighborhood. As a result, we do not allow weddings or receptions in order to protect the homes and infrastructure.
Are daily cleaning services included?
Daily services are not included during your stay. Your property will be fully cleaned for your arrival with fresh linens and sundries. Additional cleans are available with at least 24 hours’ notice and at an additional charge. For scheduling and pricing, please contact us and we will be happy to schedule them for you.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are allowed in specific properties only. If you would like to bring your pet, please inquire at booking as to whether the property is pet friendly.
We understand how important pets are and how they are a part of the family. There is a boarding house in Breckenridge for pets if you must bring one. Guests with pets checking into undesignated properties will be refused entry. If there is a violation of this policy, there will be a $500 fine plus the expense of any additional cleaning and possible eviction without a refund.
Do bathrooms have towels and a hair dryer?
Yes, all of our rentals are stocked with essentials such as towels, toiletries and a hair dryer.
What can I expect to be included in the kitchen?
All of our rentals have full kitchens that are equipped with pots and pans, coffee pots, dishes, silverware, wine glasses and a microwave.
Is there a washer and dryer at my property?
Yes, all of our rentals have either private in-home laundry or a shared coin-operated laundry room in the complex. To check, look at the property information for the property you are inquiring about.
Does my accommodation have air-conditioning?
Most homes and condos in Breckenridge do not have air-conditioning.
Does my property have a grill?
To see if the property you are staying at has a grill, please visit the property’s webpage and navigate to the amenities section.
What additional items are included in my stay?
We provide a one night supply of coffee, trash bags, laundry detergent, toiletries, dish soap, etc. Anything beyond these may be purchased at the grocery stores in town.

How do I make a reservation?

What is the minimum age to make a reservation?
The minimum age to make a reservation at any of our rentals is 25-30.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and e-checks.
What is the refund policy?
There is a 60 day cancellation policy with a $150 cancellation fee for condos and town homes. For private homes, all payments are final.

After Booking

Where do I check-in?
Our main check-in desk is located at 114 Basecamp Way Frisco, CO 80443, however, many of our properties are code-based, and you may be sent directly there. Our Front Desk team will reach out to you the day before arrival to explain your check-in process. Check-in is typically at 4 PM, but our team will notify you if the property is ready early. If you have questions, just text us at 970-410-3202.
What if I am arriving after office hours?
We will have your access information and directions in the lockbox outside of our office door. Our Front Desk team will reach out to you prior to arrival to review the after-hours process. If you know you’ll be arriving late, just text us at 970-410-3202 and we will follow up with instructions.
Is there parking at my vacation rental?
All of our rentals have at least one parking spot available with the exception of the Village at Breckenridge, which does not have guaranteed parking. Parking spots at Beaver Run and the Village at Breckenridge are at an additional cost and can range from $13-20 per night. Beaver Run parking is paid at Beaver Run’s front desk.
What if I have an additional vehicle?
Some properties allow an additional car. For those that do not, the Stephen C. West Ice Rink offers overnight parking for $5 per night. Please reference the property page or inquire before arrival about parking.


What do we do for check-out?
We ask that you make sure all trash is picked up, the dishwasher is started, and that you return all keys and passes to our office. Check-out time is at 10 AM.
Do you offer discounts on ski or bike rentals?
Yes, we partner with different rental companies in town that give our guests discounts. You can find the info here.
Can I book my lift tickets through you?
Yes, just call our reservations team at least 3 days before your reservation, and they will help you book lift tickets for your vacation.
Is there a local grocery store?
There are 3 grocery stores conveniently located throughout Breckenridge; City Market on North Parkway, Breckenridge Market on Ridge Street, and The Local Market on Main Street.
What if we have a maintenance question while we are in-house?
Our maintenance team is highly qualified and stationed in Breck. Just text, email, or call our front desk and our maintenance team will address the issue as quickly as possible. For after-hours emergencies, we have somebody on-call 24 hours a day. Call our office and follow the after-hours emergency prompts to reach our maintenance tech.
Is the hot tub cleaned before our arrival?
Our hot tubs are cleaned and maintained in between reservations. There is the rare occurrence where the hot tub technician may need to access the hot tub during your stay. This is to ensure all hot tub standards are met.
What if it snows while I am on vacation?
We do everything we can to keep driveways and walkways clear of snow. However, we are in a high alpine environment so snow and ice are part of the package. Contractually, driveways are plowed after every 4 inches of snow. During the winter months, walkways to and from driveways, grills, and hot tubs are shoveled prior to your arrival.
I am having something shipped to Breckenridge. What address should I send it to?
