LOCATION – From this outstanding location, the Snowflake Lift, the Free Ride Shuttle, the Blue River Plaza and historic Main Street are only a short 1-2 block walk away! Ski / board off the slopes, walk across the street and you are home.

AMENITIES – After a big day of skiing, soak in the on-site outdoor hot tubs or take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed seasonally for maintenance in the Spring & Fall - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Parking – 1 space - outdoor with some carport availability
• AWD/4WD Vehicle – Recommended between November 1st & May 31st
• No weddings, events or parties allowed. Property occupancy should never exceed the number stated on reservation

We had a wonderful experience in Breckenridge and would rent this unit again if we came back. It was clean, modern, and the space, though not huge, was very well-utilized. We had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Location was fantastic, super close to Main Street and the arts district. Also the kitchen was well-stocked with lots of appliances and items that made it easy to cook and bake in the home. It’s on the third floor, so you’re going to have some stairs and it could be a little warm in the summer, but not a huge issue. Also, there is only one parking space allotted to the place, any other cars need to go to the city’s overflow parking about 1.5 miles away. Everything you need is within walking distance though.
