LOCATION – Located in a quiet residential neighborhood atop Baldy Mountain, you will find the perfect spot to relax and unwind with endless activities right outside your door. With easy access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort and cross-country, hiking and biking trails right out the door, this is the perfect property any time of year.

AMENITIES – 10 Southface sleeps up to twelve guests and offers four bedrooms including a main floor master king bedroom and three additional bedrooms in the lower level. There is plenty of space to relax in with two living and family rooms with fireplaces, and an updated kitchen and baths. Relax in the hot tub with its stellar views and then take a steam shower to further unwind after a day full of activity. This home has a wonderful peaceful Zen feeling; come home, sit on your deck, and enjoy the best that Breckenridge has to offer.

All Pinnacle properties come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, amenities kit-cotton balls, Q-tips, sewing kit), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as high-end bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

We had a great time hanging out with our family at 10 Southface. The views were amazing. Our elevation was about 10,500. You could see the slopes of Breckinridge. A short drive to the parking lots of Breck. Some of us skied while the others enjoyed the amenities of 10 Southface. The hot tub was a bonus after skiing. Also, we saw several foxes, silver and red. Beautiful country and beautiful home. Thank you so much for sharing. We will definitely be back.

Our family of 6 enjoyed Christmas and New Years in this perfect home! The views were exceptional, the house had everything we needed, the beds were so comfortable and the hot tub was the cherry on top! The management team was very responsive and we highly recommend this property!

The most beautiful view from the back deck of this home. Clean, plenty of space and bathrooms. Would highly recommend staying here and would come back in the future!
