You can step outside your front door and hop on the free shuttle to take you to the slopes quickly. For even more activities, nearby Carter Park offers sledding in the winter and outdoor tennis courts, pickleball courts and a children’s playground in the summer.

These apartments exceeded our expectations! They are more spacious than many one-bedroom units. The kitchen is large and well-equipped, with plenty of cookware (which is important to me since we always cook homemade meals). There are spices, food storage containers, and lots of glasses and wine glasses. The big bar counter is also a great touch.
The bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, a great mattress, and plenty of pillows and extra blankets. There is also ample storage space for clothes.
The apartment includes board games, puzzles, and Colorado guidebooks. And one of the best features—heated floors in the kitchen and bathroom!
The unit is on the first floor, and the patio opens directly onto a small hill—perfect for sledding! (By the way, sleds are provided, which my kids absolutely loved.)
The laundry room and garage are on the same floor, and there are ski lockers in the garage. The only minor downside is that there’s no luggage cart in the garage.
A shuttle runs from the building every 30 minutes, so we didn’t use our car at all. Main Street is just a 7-minute walk away. The whole area is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature.
The management was very welcoming. They have instructions and even YouTube video guides for any possible issues.
This is probably the best value for money you can find in Breck!
