Situated above Breckenridge on picturesque Baldy Mountain just a few miles from town, this multi-level three-bedroom townhome is ideal for groups and families who desire space and comfortable amenities in a beautiful alpine environment.

LOCATION – This townhome is located in the Charter Ridge complex above the picturesque town of Breckenridge on Baldy Mountain. The free shuttle is located nearby that gives you access not only to Breckenridge but the surrounding Summit County area. Endless activities abound year-round with miles of cross-country, hiking and biking trails right out the back door.

AMENITIES – There are three bedrooms including a master king bedroom, two queen bedrooms with additional sleeping space in the den. The main level area is a great space for your group to gather for meals and entertainment. Cozy up in front of the fireplace to relax with a good book, watch a movie on the flat screen TV or enjoy music on the Sonos audio system. There are multiple decks so you won’t want to miss taking in the breathtaking mountain views, soaking in the outdoor hot tub or grilling up dinner to enjoy with friends and family.

All Pinnacle properties come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, amenities kit-cotton balls, Q-tips, sewing kit), and detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry) as well as high-end bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

everything went smoothly. My only complaint is we needed to move some furniture to accommodate the kids watching TV and the adults with an area to have conversation

Charter Ridge 60 was the perfect location to serve as a base camp for all of out Colorado adventures- hiking, fishing and kayaking. Close enough to Breckinridge to make trips into town doable by car or on foot

The unit was very clean and well kept. Amenities included a well equipped kitchen, remote controlled gas fireplace, hot tub, 5 bedrooms, 3 porches, parking for 2 cars and sensational views of the mountains..

Property management was very responsive To all of our questions. Would definitely return. We highly recommend this property.

Comfortable and convenient with beautiful mountain views. Charter Ridge was nicely appointed with everything we needed for our vacation. We enjoyed walking to town and biking and hiking nearby trails. Breck was a refreshing escape from our south Louisiana summer heat. Pinnacle Lodging was accommodating and easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to visit again.
