LOCATION – Cimarron Condos are within one block of historic Main Street, Peak 9 base, the 4 O’clock Run, and the Riverwalk Center and the Blue River. You can walk directly across the street to Breck’s Free Shuttle bus stop, which is the most convenient way to get to the slopes. Numerous chairlifts will bring you to all parts of the mountain, including the challenging double black diamond Imperial Bowl that towers at almost 13,000 feet!

AMENITIES – This two-bedroom condo sleeps up to eight people and has private laundry, a private balcony, a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TVs with cable in all bedrooms and a large flat screen TV with a Blu-ray DVD in the living room. Additional complex amenities include community laundry facilities, common area hot tubs & dry rock sauna, elevator access and underground heated parking. After a big day of skiing, soak in the on-site outdoor hot tubs or take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed seasonally for maintenance in the Spring & Fall - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Parking – Underground heated parking garage – 1 space available (additional outdoor parking spaces based on availability)
• AWD/4WD Vehicle highly recommended between November 1st & May 31st

• Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions.

Unit was clean & functional. Somewhat small for a group of 6. Short on closet space & dresser space. Hot tub was 2 floors down in the complex, really convenient. Parking was great. Walk to town anywhere.
Pool heater at 450 complex was broken & pool & hot tubs there cold.
The complex DOES HAVE a BBQ grill.
Walk any direction to a lift or shuttle stop. Great selection of places to eat & drink within walking distance.

This unit was in a great location with an easy walk to town and the Quicksilver lift. It was also roomy enough for our group of 6 and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time at this location. Very easy to communicate with the owner and will keep it on the short list for our next trip to Breck. Just outside of the chaos of downtown but so close it is easy to walk to anything.

Everything about this one is good. Location is just outside the noise of downtown, but close enough to walk to everything. Good amount of space for 2 couples. Will keep this one on the short list for our next trip!

Location was great for our family. With 2 adults and 4 young kids, it was a good setup. As some have noted the bedrooms can be tight with luggage, but it was fine with plenty of room on the main level. A bit warm upstairs during our early July visit, so we used the fans. Loved the in unit washer & dryer. Note that the pools require you to bring your own towels, something we didn’t know.

Very clean and prompt management communications. Loved it!!

Excellent location just across from the bus stop and easy walking to restaurants, shopping, everything. You could stay here without having a rental car.

We stayed here for a long weekend with 6 people. We had plenty of space and it was very clean. Great location for a quick walk to the Quicksilver lift. Also right along the bus route if you decide to come back from the town. Pinnacle Lodging was also very proactive with communication as our trip was nearing and responsive whenever we had questions.

Booked this property for my daughters wedding. Everything was as advertised. Very clean & cozy and right across the street from the main part of town with all the shops, restaurants & bars. So convenient! Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at Cimmaron before, and the location is amazing. Very close to town, close to the slopes. This rental was very nice. We enjoyed the deck and our time there. Condo was well appointed.

This property was perfect for our family of 4 on our recent stay to Breckenridge. The unit was clean and came stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Beds were comfortable and the complex was quiet and walking distance to Main Street. Would stay here again.
