Our primary reason for selecting the Duck House was that it was supposed to be ski in ski out. When you have to walk across 2 roads carrying your skis, put them on, ski down an unformed trail, ski a bit more to a bridge, remove your skis and walk across a bridge and up a hill, put skis back on to get onto the Snowflake lift, that is not in anyone’s estimation ski in ski out to the Snowflake life as it was advertised. The bedding was horrible and uncomfortable in every room, the furniture flimsy, the directions to return through neighbors yards nonexistent and overall certainly not worth $30,000.

VisitBreck has been the most incredible property management company. We originally picked a different home, but it got pulled because the owner sold the house. VisitBreck/Pinnacle lodging allowed us to move to the Duck house which was SO beautiful, spacious, and such an incredible home for a big group. We loved the sauna, the hot tub, and the Mountain Views on the deck. Thank you so much for everything!

We loved this house! It is 3 levels and room for everyone to either hang out together or have some privacy. The first thing we loved when we went in was the view of the mountain... WOW! The deck is great with lots of seating and tables. Everyone loved the hot tub. The dining area was so perfect for our family. The table is 10 feet long and seats 12 comfortably. Then there was a little kids' table with 3 chairs that fit our 2, 4 and 5 year olds perfectly right by the big table. We only got to spend 3 nights and wished for more time. It is very convenient to town. It sits right at 10,000 ft. and the altitude was a little difficult on a few in the family. We were amazed at how many dishes, utensils and kitchen items there were... it had everything. Pinnacle staff was very attentive to us, checking on us every day. They were very helpful and the price with this company was better than others with the same listing. I would use them again.

The Duck House was perfect for our group. Lots of sleeping arrangements, fantastic outdoor space, the sauna and hot tub are an awesome addition. The inside of the house was clean and well kept. Overall the house provided 8 "grown" men an opportunity to have a great weekend and live very comfortably in the space. We all agreed the beds were surprisingly comfortable (especially for a rental property) which is always a great surprise. Pinnacle Lodging staff was attentive, professional, and available.

We had an excellent time at the Duck House. We were a party of 9 with 3 different families. The house is big and the layout was great. The main level was perfect for hanging out but there was plenty of room for privacy. The proximity to the 4 o'clock trail was good for ski-in, ski-out. We rarely drove anywhere. It was late season so the home needs a good cleaning and some TLC, but we would come back.

We ended up at the Duck House after a pipe burst in our original Rental. Ethan at VisitBreck was awesome and got us all switched to here and still have access to our other amenities. The house is a great layout for families with different age ranges (kids downstairs, adults up!) The kitchen is well stocked as was the house with games/sleds/etc. We have grade school kids and the walk across the street was super easy to the trail to the lift. We loved it and would stay here again soon!

Wow! To say this home exceeded our expectations would be a gross understatement. The views, layout and general aesthetic was far beyond what the pictures showed. Everything was clean, so comfortable and the stunning views from the the full wall of windows, deck and hot tub could not be beat. It had EVERYTHING our family of 20 (ranging from age 2 to age 70) could need from a closet FULL of games to cozy blankets in every nook. Pinnacle Lodging was so attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied the entire time. The weekend we spent here will forever be a favorite memory due in large part to our fantastic accommodations. All. The. Stars.
