This home is located in the wooded hills four miles north of downtown Breckenridge and the lifts and trails of Breckenridge Ski Resort. The Breckenridge Golf Club, which was rated a top-ten public golf course in Colorado by , is less than a mile south, and converts to a fantastic Nordic ski center in the winter months. Excellent hiking, biking, and snowshoeing are also mere minutes away on the famous Colorado Trail.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:

The rental was simply gorgeous. There was not a single thing out of place or unclean. The kitchen was huge and we were able to cook for multiple people at once. Every bed was super comfy. The deck we were able to sit on and watch the sunrise and sunset everyday. We walked the neighborhood every morning and the views were just to die for. Staying in this home was simply amazing, I’d recommend it to everyone.

This was a great house for a long weekend ski trip. The house is conveniently located close to Breckenridge and easily accessible from the main roads.

The house was clean and in ready condition for our group upon arrival.

Very nice and clean property. Bugs found in lower level in blankets in closet. No salt or peppe in kitchen. No instructions for heater. Would have like check in/out /information available to print before traveling there. Hot tub was nice. Plenty of towels. Loved the space ans location. Overall satisfied

Plenty of room for the 8 of us. House was clean, heated floors were a treat, water was hot, jacuzzi was great. We had a wonderful stay.

The House was amazing! it was out of the town which was also great as it gave us amazing views of the mountains. Everything was clean and accommodated our entire group. The only comment and not a negative one, more attention to clearing ice / snow on deck at hot tube, was extremely icy and slippery and a accident waiting to happen. Besides that - what an amazing House!!!
