LOCATION – Located in a quiet residential neighborhood atop Baldy Mountain, you will find the perfect spot to relax and unwind with endless activities right outside your door. Enjoy easy access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort and cross-country, hiking and biking trails right out the door making this is the perfect property any time of year.

AMENITIES – Marble Mountain Retreat sleeps up to fourteen guests and offers five bedrooms including a main floor master bedroom with King-size bed and fireplace. There are four additional bedrooms on the upper and lower levels. There is plenty of space to relax in with a main level living room and lower level family room each with large flat screen TVs. There is even a foosball table in the lower level family room when it’s time for a little friendly competition! Relax in the hot tub with its stellar views and unwind after a day full of mountain activities. This home has a comfortable, cozy feeling; perfect for you to enjoy the best that Breckenridge has to offer.

All Pinnacle properties come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, amenities kit-cotton balls, Q-tips, sewing kit), and detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry) as well as high-end bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

We absolutely loved the location of this home and the fact it was up the mountain with gorgeous views. The house was stocked with everything you could need (wine glasses, blender, instant pot, kids toys, games etc.) We did however have issues with the dishwasher not being level, cabinet doors off hinges, a bathroom door coming off a hinge and not closing, the hot tub needed serviced, the laundry door not working and a few other small issues. Overall we would recommend this property to friends/family just hope maintenance takes a day to fix all the small issues stoping this from being the perfect stay in Breckenridge.

This house was perfect for our family of 14. The kids LOVED the hot tub and spent a lot of their time in the basement playing which gave the adults some quiet time. It was close to town but still far enough out that we felt we were in the woods which we loved. The house was clean and provided all the basics that we needed. My only wish is that they had more towels and for sure more wash cloths as I feel we had to wash those daily to make sure there were enough for everyone. Also, The driveway is a very tight fit if you have more than 3 cars so I recommend backing into the driveway because it's hard to turn it around once you're parked. The house is located at a pretty high altitude so be prepared for that as far as being able to breath comfortably. I do feel after a day or two we adjusted to it. The house actually provided an oxygen machine device in the closet of the master bedroom. We never used it but I'm sure it would be helpful for anyone struggling! The views are beautiful though! There were plenty of utensils, plates, cups, pans,etc. We did bring paper plates and plastic cups/utensils just to cut back on having to do dishes. This area is a short drive to Frisco as well which was a pretty little town with plenty to do. The management team was great and very responsive and replied within minutes which was great. The cleaning crew finished a little early which allowed us to get to the house early which was also fantastic. There were trails nearby you can explore just from the backyard. There was a female fox and her baby that would visit us every morning and evening. They were very friendly and not shy at all. The kids absolutely loved seeing them (from a disance)! Every day they would look forward to their visits. Overall this was a great property with plenty of room for our whole group. We would definitely stay here again if we visit the area.

This home was so spacious for our party of 12. The views were amazing! It snowed the first day we arrived and since the house is up on a hill, the snow didn’t completely melt there which we took full advantage of :) also I highly recommend a 4 wheel drive to get to this house.

The home had plenty of space for our group of 10! It was decorated nicely, and convenient to have electronic access at check-in. The home is located about 10-15 minutes from downtown Breckenridge; it is very peaceful in the neighborhood. The kitchen came fully-equipped with all the utensils and tableware we needed for the week. There were even games and books for us to play during some of the cold, rainy days. The home itself was very kid-friendly (ages in our group ranged from 3-69 years).

Pinnacle was fantastic to work with and checked in throughout our stay. We felt very prepared for our stay, and communication was great!

Traveler tips: bring your own pillow if you are particular to firmer/foam pillows.

This house turned out to be in the perfect location for our trip. We traveled with our friends and their two teens and all fell in love with the house and location. It was tucked back off a very quiet street where neighbors walked their dogs most nights. We had a friendly fox that visited until the neighborhood got too busy. It was easy to run into town for groceries or eating out on Main Street, along with going down to Frisco or Dillon. There was a lot of room for all of us to space out in the afternoons or come together and play cards at night. The kitchen was very well stocked, and we were able to cook two good meals with all the necessities in the kitchen. We would also suggest taking inventory of the pantry before going to the store, as there are some leftover spices and things like aluminum foil to use on your trip. All in all, we all said we would return in a heartbeat.
