• Detergents – dish, dishwasher and laundry
• Bathroom toiletries – shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap

LOCATION – Park Place could not be located in a more perfect setting. It is just three blocks from the Snowflake Lift and just off the lower 4 O’Clock Run, so you can ski home (conditions permitting). The bus stop is only a few steps away, so choose where you want to go and within minutes, you can be on the shuttle headed towards your destination. Main Street is an easy walk, just two blocks away from shopping and dining.

AMENITIES – There are two bedrooms including a king bedroom and a bunk bedroom with a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping space. Meals are easy with a fully-stocked kitchen for a big dinner or just making a quick snack on the go. Tired skiers can relax in the living room with a fire by the fireplace or watch a movie in the evening. Step onto the patio to grill up some steaks on the gas grill or enjoy the views in the comfort of the patio chairs. When it is time to soak in the hot tub, the Park Place complex has two on-site. In addition, after a big day of skiing, soak in the on-site outdoor hot tubs or take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed mid-April through mid-June and again early September through mid-November.

We had a wonderful stay at Park Place 304C. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was walking distance to restaurants, the gondola, and even snowshoeing. Loved the location and was perfect for 2 couples and a toddler. The property staff was very responsive and gave us all the information we needed in advance. Would definitely return and highly recommend to others!

The condo is as described and pictured. Easy walk to snowflake lift or take shuttle across the street. Ski back down 4 Oclock run right back to bus stop. Covered parking is great so you don't have to remove snow. The unit is dated but well maintained, the kitchen cookware and utensils are in need of replacement. (pots with no lids, six spoons total, one large prep bowl). Otherwise we found it to be as advertised. Easy walk to restaurants and shops.

Great location two blocks off Main St, across the street from Four o'Clock run, walkable/bikeable to gondola/Snowflake/Quicksilver lifts. Good setup for families, incl. laundry, fans + humidifiers, and well stocked kitchen. Responsive mgmt, easy to contact by text or email.

No elevator (no problem for us, but something to be aware of); overhead lighting would be nice (unit can get dark because of building orientation). These are very minor gripes, served our needs well otherwise.
