LOCATION – This home is located in the coveted Warrior’s Mark neighborhood located on the south end of Breckenridge near Peaks 9 & 10. Main Street Breckenridge is less than two miles away where guests can enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife and all that Breckenridge has to offer.

AMENITIES –The main level open area allows everyone to be a part of the action. The fully stocked kitchen features polished granite counters and stainless steel appliances, all designed to make meal preparation enjoyable and easy. Settle into the living area, light the gas fireplace and relax with your family and friends. There are four bedrooms including a master king suite on the main level, and on the lower level a King bedroom, Queen bedroom and bunk room. Enjoy the loft level with 3 Twin sleeper chairs for extra sleeping capacity. On the lower level, enjoy the den with large sectional sofa, flat screen TV, and wet bar. After the day’s activities, soak in the private hot tub and soak up the fresh alpine air.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Parking - 4 spaces total
• 2 car garage
• 2 outdoor spaces
• No weddings, events or parties allowed. Property occupancy should never exceed the number stated on reservation
• No Pets / No Smoking
• Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions.

The house exceeded expectations - clean, well stocked and exactly what you look for when booking a weekend away with a large group. Being right at a Free Shuttle stop was super convenient. When we had a water alarm go off, the emergency maintenance team was quick to respond and address the issue. Highly recommend both the home and property management company.

Had a group of 12 stay here for a week ski vacation and really enjoyed it. Plenty of space for all guests, both for sleeping and lounging. Free shuttle stops right outside the house, which made getting to/from slopes very easy

Riverwood Retreat is a beautiful, spacious, clean and well appointed home. Great kitchen, comfortable beds with more than enough space for our party of 10. The hot tub worked great and was a welcome site after a long day on the slopes. The proximity to the public bus loop (like right outside the front door) made transport to Breckenridge so easy. The Pinnacle team was great to work with and very responsive. The check in and check out process was super easy. Will book again with them in a heartbeat! Great place to stay!!

Our group loved this home! It was well stocked, clean, homey, and in a PERFECT location. The Breck bus stop is right outside which made getting into town and to the slopes so easy. Really fun layout for a group. 10/10 recommend this property!

The house is absolutely gorgeous. We loved the location, which was right on the free shuttle bus route, and close to some of our favorite trails. The rental company kept in close contact, was able to make suggestions, and help with questions. We highly recommend this house for a family vacation.

We had a great time at the Riverwood home. The house was perfect for our 3 families in terms of sleeping arrangements. We loved how close to Main Street it was but yet far enough away to feel private. The view out the front windows was spectacular. The management company was awesome to work with and always responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely keep this rental home on our list of places to stay again when in Breckenridge.

It's a very nice and large place with a ton of room for a big group to spread out. It was well stocked with supplies, in great condition and conveniently located next to a free shuttle bus to the resort and the town. The staff was very helpful and responsive. We had an issue with one of two fireplaces and it was fixed in about a day.

Really enjoyed this property. Great location! Bus stop is very close, just outside the garage. Going into town you will need to drive or take the bus, but still relatively close. Garage was big enough for Tahoe and full size truck.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is so beautiful and spacious. Pinnacle is, again, so polite and responsive to any questions or needs. This place is a gem. The house is immaculate, well taken care of, and full of great views. We will stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The home exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness, beauty, and location. We had 5 adults and 4 children and had plenty of space. The shuttle pickup was literally steps outside the house making pick up for the slopes breeze. We were also a short 3 min drive from downtown. The management was very response and helpful with questions and I am looking forward to coming back to enjoy this beautiful home.

We had an amazing experience with this home and the team. We had no issues. The location was perfect, it was very close to town but not too close. The shuttle was literally in the yard practically, so very easy access. The house was clean and well laid out for a large group. We would definitely recommend!

The home was great, just what we needed! Layout and amenities great! We just had a little trouble with kcup coffee machine but after cleaning kcup compartment some, it worked fine. Home was spacious, convenient to bus and downtown, had views of mountains. We had a wonderful time! Will gladly visit again in the future!
