This property is beautiful. We have 14 people including 3 kids and this property had it all. The home has plenty of bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The home was very clean, beds are comfortable and there was plenty of bath towels for everyone.. the property management was very responsive when text to ask questions. They were very helpful as welll.
I definitely recommend this for large groups. Although this trip we did not eat out a lot. We came to ski and enjoy the family.
The drive into town is a little further than we thought but not to bad.

The house worked perfectly for our large group. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the location and even got to see a Moose and Baby right up by fence in backyard!

We had a wonderful time at “On the Rocks” vacation home. The rooms were large. The surroundings felt very private. Our family fully enjoyed our time there. We had a few kinks but when we called the rental company, they responded quickly. None were anything that affected our stay. It is a lovely home with plenty to do in Breckenridge. It is a five minute drive to town but parking is cheap and free after three in public lots so that was not a problem at all. There are trails close by for hiking and the ski lodge just
Down the road with activities, so location is perfect for those who don’t want to be in all of the hubbub of town but super close to make the trek. I would certainly rent this home again.

The house exceeded our expectations! We had 6 adults and two children and it was comfortable for all of us. It was comfortable, lovely and well equipped with kitchen, bathroom and other essentials. Communication for check in and subsequent questions was prompt and helpful. We felt it was a great value, especially for all of the people it could accommodate, and we would definitely stay there again.

My group of friends and I loved the spacious bedrooms and high ceilings! Management company was quick to respond and the driveway/deck were clear immediately after a snow. Had a moose friend around for a while and a little fox that likes to visit. Will stay here again!

This is a really nice house. Huge rooms, separate living and dining area, nice views from those huge bedroom windows, fast internet, hot tub and the list goes on and on.
One of the best houses we've stayed in. Kitchen and supplies were well stocked. Would definitely stay again.
