We loved the house and it fit our group perfectly. 20 min from both Breck and Keystone. All the things we needed were there and the host was responsive and helpful. Looking forward to staying again!

This house was perfect for two families to enjoy skiing at Cooper, Echo Mountain, and Loveland. Just wish we had more time at the house to cook in the beautiful kitchen and lounge in the hot tub! We also appreciated the text communication from the management company

This townhouse was ideally situated with all the amenities of home needed for 5 after a day on the slopes. Easily accessible off the main highway, close to shops and restaurants, and with a short, direct route to Breck, we couldn't have been happier with this place. The garage made entry and storage of our ski gear very convenient. Thy fully equipped kitchen, hot tub, and Roku TVs were well used and appreciated as was the abundance of hot water for showers. The communication by Pinnacle Lodging for check-in and check-out is excellent and made the trip stress free. We definitely recommend this property traveling to this area during any season.

We came to Frisco in early March '23 to enjoy a winter holiday with our adult children. The four of us fit very comfortably into this 3-bedrooom, 3-bath unit. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking ware, spices, and appliances. The main living area can easily pull you into your comfort zone with a big screen and plenty of program options. There is also a separate downstairs entertainment area with big screen and gaming stations. The jacuzzi was perfect to ease away those apres ski aches and pains. The unit is also conveniently located off Hwy 6 and very near to Main Street in Frisco. We chose Copper Mountain and A-Basin for our skiing adventures and both were within 30 minutes of "The Royal Escape." Breckendridge and Keystone are also easy drives from this central Summit County location. The condo management company was exceptional and provided all the communications required to make this a stress free vacation. We'd stay here again, given a future trip to central Colorado.
