This home is a spacious four-bedroom house on two acres of private land, yet steps from the shuttle, or a 5-minute drive to Main Street on Boreas Pass. This open concept home with high ceilings has a great room surrounded by windows with views of the mountain and your private forest with lots of seating and a gas fireplace.

On the main floor, there is a living room, kitchen, and separation for two bedrooms with plenty of closet space and a shared full bathroom. On the second floor, there is a private bedroom with a sitting space and TV and private full bathroom. On the third floor is the master bedroom with a large jaccuzi, full shower, huge walk-in closet, and TV. The fourth floor is an office with a large screen monitor and laptop hub with all the amenities that l one would need to be productive (external keyboard, mouse, webcam, printer). The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped to make large meals with a double oven, fridge, and all new small appliances. The house is equipped with a full entertainment system with WIFI that runs on a mesh system making it fast throughout the house, full cable package with lots of channels, and a new stereo system with Bluetooth connection. . Importantly, the cell phone reception is fantastic. The deck is wonderful for relaxing with a large Weber BBQ, patio furniture set, hammock, and lounge chairs. This home was great for our large and growing family. We loved the location and proximity to the public bus stop and public hiking trails. Beautiful home with everything that you need for cooking meals at the house. We would definitely stay here again.
